Buying my first car was such an exciting and memorable - Savagescarlett5

Buying my first car was such an exciting and memorable experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was so helpful, patient, and welcoming, and they made sure I understood everything along the way. As a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel and how they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with kindness, respect, and honesty, I would absolutely recommend giving them a visit. Especially if you’re buying your first car, this is the kind of experience you hope to have. Thank you so much for making such an important moment in my life a great one! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Brandon was a joy to work with. - scheer71

Brandon was a joy to work with. I was moving up from a simple 2009 Corolla to a 2026 RAV4. A great deal has changed in 17 years. Brandon was very patient explaining the operations and features to me-often more than once. He is very knowledgeable about his product. Brandon is also very personable and made me feel at ease immediately. He has an easy smile and very relaxed presence, but at the same time is very professional. I was very pleased to purchase this vehicle from him. I look forward to working with Brandon in the future.

Kwame Odum recently sold my husband and me a 2015 Subaru. - Bstiff

Kwame Odum recently sold my husband and me a 2015 Subaru. The experience was fantastic. Kwame was genuine and trustworthy! We drove 2 hours away to make the purchase and had confidence in making the drive because Kwame took the time to video every exterior panel, bringing attention to anything we might consider a flaw, and interior video doing the same. He guaranteed the vehicle would be available when we arrived. When we arrived it was pulled off to the side and keys pulled so no one else could possibly purchase it out from under us. The experience never felt pressured, more like friends working together towards the same goal. We would definitely work with Kwame again and hope to in the future.

We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years - spidernole

We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years ago. We returned because they were offering by far the best price online for the vehicle we wanted. I have to admit I was skeptical going in. In the past I have had dealers say "Oh, that price included x and y which you are not eligible for." The very first price they gave was exactly the online advertised price with no hidden inflators added. The offered a fair trade value and the deal was done. Mariana our salesperson was patient and professional. I love having a new car but hate buying it, if you know what I mean. This was actually an enjoyable car buying experience.

I was excited by the used car I was looking at and when I - Used Car Purchaser

I was excited by the used car I was looking at and when I first went into the dealership, it seemed cool. Although my salesperson didn’t do all of his homework prior to the test drive, he did pretty good to find the requested information. The buying process was a bit disjointed with me talking to my salesperson and then them going to some person to confirm terms and then being shuffled to the finance manager. It felt like a factory and a bit unnecessary. the finance manager was patient as I kept asking questions so that was good. I got the car and the salesperson helped me to move my stuff from the old car to the new, and then left to go and help another potential client. He checked up which was great. I expected to hear from him or someone in the days following, and I did not until they needed to get the key I had and process additional paperwork. They clearly do about of volume but it doesn’t feel “homey” or overly friendly. Good inventory but it definitely feels like a business, not like a dealership that wants to help you find the right car for you.

5 Stars Without Hesitation! - Shonda

5 Stars Without Hesitation! I recently purchased a black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. They easily earned a 5-star rating from me! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone welcomed me like family. The customer service exceeded every expectation. Mike was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never pressured me. He answered all of my questions, explained every feature of the vehicle, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. I was so impressed that I returned within 24 hours to buy the vehicle. Mr. Q. is an incredible owner who truly cares about both his employees and customers. Mike made sure my Mercedes was beautifully detailed and Logan made sure it was filled with gas, while Oliver helped with my insurance and paperwork. Chase safely delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to walk me through its features. Everyone worked together to make the entire process smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Not only did I receive an unbelievable deal on my Mercedes, but I also left knowing that Fred's Executive Auto genuinely stands behind its customers even after the sale. After visiting numerous dealerships during my vehicle search, I can honestly say Fred's Executive Auto is the very best by far. Thank you, Mr. Q., Mike, Logan, Oliver, Chase, and the entire Fred's Executive Auto team for treating me like family and making this such an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a quality vehicle and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Fred's Executive Auto without reservation!
