Overall, I was really happy with my purchase experience - dustin.deneault

Overall, I was really happy with my purchase experience at West Metro. I really appreciated the ability to put a refundable deposit down, particularly since I live out of state and needed to coordinate travel. I also thought the fact that they have free shipping to adjacent states was quite remarkable. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and I was able to drive away within an hour. I was able to pay for the truck with a personal check as well. Overall, great experience, great truck, and great prices! I will definitely consider West Metro for future purchases.

Super friendly and accommodating, vehicle was pulled up - brianghd1

Super friendly and accommodating, vehicle was pulled up out front when we arrived. The sales person we had been working with was going to be gone that date, and they quickly communicated a change in the sales person that we would be speaking with which was nice to know before we got there. Tyler! What can I say ?! Hands down best sales experience we’ve had while buying a vehicle. Very informative and never once made us feel rushed throughout the process. Gave us multiple points of time to discuss and then circled back to make sure we had all the info we needed to make a decision. Ultimately he earned the sale without being aggressive. It was very much appreciated. We also received a follow up message checking in and asking how the vehicle was and if we needed any help with the features. Tyler has earned us as customers and we will be looking for him on our next VW purchase. Thank You Tyler!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service like this deserves to be - jessielamby

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! We purchased a used Subaru from this dealership and recently ran into some unexpected repair issues. When we reached out to see if there was anything they could do to help, we honestly weren't sure what to expect. What we received was customer service that went FAR above and beyond anything we could have imagined! Not only did Roman and their team listen to our concerns and genuinely want to help, but they stepped up and took care of the repairs entirely free of charge. They certainly didn't have to go to those lengths, but they chose to do right by their customers, and that speaks volumes about the kind of business they run. Buying a car is one thing. Knowing the dealership still cares about you long after you've driven off the lot? That's something special. They've earned customers for life! We'll happily recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, and there's no question where we'll be going when it's time for our next purchase. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such an incredibly positive experience. This is what exceptional customer service looks like!

I had several items that needed attention/repair on my - enseleinck

I had several items that needed attention/repair on my 2021 Equinox. My service advisor was Jared Driste. Jared immediately checked to see if the repairs were covered by an extended warranty and did all of the communicating with the extended warranty company. There was a slight delay in getting one of the needed parts and Mauer Main was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle during the delay. Jared did a great job of calling and updating me throughout the process. When I picked up the vehicle, Jared took the time to review the service invoice with me and went over the work completed and what would be recommended for my next routine appointment. My vehicle is running great and I appreciate the free carwash too.

I wanted to reach out and share our feedback regarding - nikbratt22

I wanted to reach out and share our feedback regarding our recent experience when buying our 2022 Jeep Wrangler! Buying and trading vehicles can often be stressful, and having bought vehicles from dealers in the past, it wasn't always the best experience and very frustrating, so I am always skeptical to say the least. However, working with Nathan and Peyton made it very enjoyable and easy. They both were fantastic to work with! I will definitely work with them again in the future if possible and will refer people their way when they are in the market for a vehicle

Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying - rbistodeau79

Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work. All in all we have had nothing but top notch care from all the employees, at CDJR! We definitely would recommend, going to CDJR to all our friends and family!

I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the - octagon.82octopus

I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the Service Department during an extremely stressful situation, knowing I could potentially be facing some major mechanical issues with my Highlander. I purchased this Highlander from a non-Toyota dealership—which, in hindsight, was my first mistake—and I also didn’t realize the implications of purchasing a Canadian vehicle. The Highlander seemed to run perfectly for about eight months, but then I found myself facing a MAJOR mechanical nightmare. That’s when Nick stepped in. From the beginning, Nick listened. He truly heard my concerns, took the time to understand the full situation and all the complications involved, and then took action. He did everything within his ability—even working the system—to keep my costs down, explore every possible solution, find every available discount, and communicate with me throughout the entire process. Nick also shared some of his own experiences and offered professional advice based on his many years of working in dealerships. He made it clear that he would do his part to make sure I was satisfied, well cared for, and saved as much money as possible. And in the end, he did exactly that. He saved me a significant amount of money. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. He never rushed me, gave me the runaround, or made me feel like a burden. Most importantly, he made me glad that I was at Carlson Toyota. I genuinely felt that I was being given honest information and that everyone was doing everything Toyota had available to help me through a very difficult situation. We have always purchased Toyota vehicles because of our great experiences with their reliability. This particular experience really threw me for a loop—but talking with Nick changed everything. He listened, he acted, and the service team delivered. My next vehicle purchase will definitely be from a Toyota dealership. I now understand the value of knowing where the vehicle came from, who services it, and having a dealership that stands behind its work and its customers. Thank you, Nick, for listening, caring, and going above and beyond. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no - stahlmann714

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no pressure. She was very professional with no pressure. I went in just to look at a few used trucks not really looking to purchase at that time, just to get a feel of what was out there. Two weeks later I purchased my 2019 RAM 1500 and absolutely love it. I'm glad she was there to help. I was very indecisive and she never pushed just offered side by side comparisons and let me go through my options.

We loved working with Kevin and the team at Perfect 10. - jswd08

We loved working with Kevin and the team at Perfect 10. They worked with us so we could take home a beautiful car! The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

One of the best places to buy car in the country. - Abraham

One of the best places to buy car in the country. Why? although the prices are a bit up there they are the best that the dealership can do considering their own profit. Profit is a must for every business. But they inspect and sell good cars to people . 10 day money back if you don’t like, warranty and thousands of car to choose from around the nation and ship for a fee to you. It can’t get any better awesome and excellent

Joe in Eden Prairie was hands down one of the best - Jenniferbruneau05

Joe in Eden Prairie was hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He was attentive, communicative and incredibly knowledgeable. The trade in and purchase process was not only fair but, seamless. I ran into a dashboard light a few days after purchase and reached out to Joe who tackled it without batting an eye. Got my car back and it came back on. I called Joe again and he was not only sympathetic but, was already steps ahead of me to get it taken care of. It took a little longer than I would have liked however, Joe was giving me updates daily. I’ve since gotten my car back and have had zero issues. If you’re looking for a down to earth, personable and downright amazing salesman give Joe a call in Eden Prairie he’ll take care of you.
