I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the Service Department during an extremely stressful situation, knowing I could potentially be facing some major mechanical issues with my Highlander. I purchased this Highlander from a non-Toyota dealership—which, in hindsight, was my first mistake—and I also didn’t realize the implications of purchasing a Canadian vehicle. The Highlander seemed to run perfectly for about eight months, but then I found myself facing a MAJOR mechanical nightmare. That’s when Nick stepped in. From the beginning, Nick listened. He truly heard my concerns, took the time to understand the full situation and all the complications involved, and then took action. He did everything within his ability—even working the system—to keep my costs down, explore every possible solution, find every available discount, and communicate with me throughout the entire process. Nick also shared some of his own experiences and offered professional advice based on his many years of working in dealerships. He made it clear that he would do his part to make sure I was satisfied, well cared for, and saved as much money as possible. And in the end, he did exactly that. He saved me a significant amount of money. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. He never rushed me, gave me the runaround, or made me feel like a burden. Most importantly, he made me glad that I was at Carlson Toyota. I genuinely felt that I was being given honest information and that everyone was doing everything Toyota had available to help me through a very difficult situation. Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work. All in all we have had nothing but top notch care from all the employees, at CDJR! We definitely would recommend, going to CDJR to all our friends and family!

The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

Bought a 2015 nissan sentra and im on my 3rd transmission already and they will not work with you because they already did everything they should by giving you a warranty not even as long as the loan and say you are lucky you even have a warranty that you have to pay 200 for something to get fixed when the transmission went out after 1k miles and still had to pay for it which is xxxx wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone unless they have a brand new car for sale I sold them a truck from 2002 with 260 k miles with no problems ever but I get a 2015 and already need a transmission again.
