Once I arrived he checked a few things in the car and asked exactly what I needed. The care he showed me and my car was if it was his! I really appreciate that. We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!
