I had an issue with my 2023 BMW X1 where the vehicle would randomly shift into park while in drive, which was a serious safety concern. They were able to correctly diagnose it as a battery issue and replaced it under warranty.
Before coming here, I went to another BMW dealership and didn’t have a good experience, they couldn’t figure it out. After that, I called my friend Tommy Bueno, who used to work at Momentum BMW as a technician. He has years of experience with BMW, so I trusted his recommendation. He pointed me to their service department and mentioned the shop foreman, William Martinez, who he learned under.
I initially spoke with Edgar Cruz, the service manager, and then worked with my service advisor Jorge Aldana throughout the process. Armando was the technician who worked on my car.
Overall, everything was handled professionally, good communication, efficient turnaround, and most importantly, they actually fixed the issue.
