5 stars for the service department at Momentum BMW. I had an issue with my 2023 BMW X1 where the vehicle would randomly shift into park while in drive, which was a serious safety concern. They were able to correctly diagnose it as a battery issue and replaced it under warranty. Before coming here, I went to another BMW dealership and didn’t have a good experience, they couldn’t figure it out. After that, I called my friend Tommy Bueno, who used to work at Momentum BMW as a technician. He has years of experience with BMW, so I trusted his recommendation. He pointed me to their service department and mentioned the shop foreman, William Martinez, who he learned under. I initially spoke with Edgar Cruz, the service manager, and then worked with my service advisor Jorge Aldana throughout the process. Armando was the technician who worked on my car. Overall, everything was handled professionally, good communication, efficient turnaround, and most importantly, they actually fixed the issue.

Car began screeching when I applied my brakes. Not sure how long this had been going on. I usually have my windows up and radio on. This day I had my windows down. I panicked and took a detour to Northside Honda. I was greeted and asked what brought me in. I explained. Svc Advisor, Mark looked at my car tires. He told me my brakes were rubbing metal to metal and my rotor might need replacing. He gave me an estimate of $900. Offered me a loaner as he felt it may be dangerous for men to drive the car. It was late in the day. Said they would begin work in the morning and that it should be ready by noon. I returned the next afternoon. Mark was happy to tell me the rotor was fine and the amount I owed was quite a bit less than the $900 he told me the day before! As a cautious female, Mark was very professional and straight forward with me. I did not buy my Honda from this dealership yet they treated me very fair. No delays or added expenses!! I highly recommend Mark and Northside Ford.

We always have the best car buying experience with Tommy Luk and BMW West Hoston. We just bought another BMW from Tommy to replace our 330e. This time we went with an M235! So much fun to drive. We have purchased multiple cars from Tommy and his excellent customer service and outstanding follow up keep us coming back. Camillo his assistant is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Tommy is always available even after the sale which has helped us out many times. He doesn’t just want to sell you a car, he wants to build a relationship which each person. Service is also excellent here. We only see Joanna Wolf in service and she is by far the best in the business. Very fair and honest. It’s an outstanding team all the way around. They want to build life long relationships here and it shows. If you’re in the market for a car, see Tommy at BMW West. Our iX lease is almost done and we will be back for another car from Tommy.
