This is how a dealership should be; unfortunately very few are. I bought a Mazda CX-5 today from them. After visiting a number of high pressure dealers I traveled out to Champion. I met with Linda Roccoforte and felt very comfortable. Linda had all the time in the world to answer my questions, dig through inventory and find the vehicle I wanted. There was no pressure, but the price they quoted me was much lower than several other dealers and what I felt to be quite fair. The whole process was basically perfect. I would strongly recommend this family dealership to others who want to be treated with respect and taken seriously.

Save yourself a lot of stress. Do not buy your car from here. Buying my car was the absolute worst experience. We would ask one sales person a question and then we got another answer from someone else. No one knew what was going on. Buying the car the lady got snippy with my husband cause she had the wrong interest rate and we told her and she acted like we were lying. We were told we could use a credit card to buy car. Then when there we were told no it had to be check. We didn’t have the right check book with us of course. We bought a new demo car, we were told had 500-600 miles on it. Got it, it had over 1,300 miles on it. It was lies on top of lies. NOW, to make it worse I had my car just over a month and now MY PAINT IS PEELING!!! There’s a warranty but of course they are trying to claim I was in an accident so they don’t have to cover the repairs. Go figure, I’m not even surprised. Again. DO NOT BUY UR CAR FROM HERE.

My wife and I came to purchase a car for her today that she really loved but unfortunately the experience was ruined during the initial negotiation. The salesman presented a number not to far off of where we had ours. After a brief explanation of why the number was just not where we needed we presented our first number thinking that we could meet in the middle where both sides are paying a very fair price based on the value of the market. Bluebook, edmunds, truecar etc. However that is not what happened at all. Instead the sales manager Rick Rowe came over with a condescending attitude and told us we should just leave. We politely left and have taken our business elsewhere. It was very strange considering we were less then $500 a part. It would have been more appropriate if they presented their first offer as best/final. Also politely letting the customer know that an agreement could not be reached today. Clearly the sales manager Rick Rowe had a very poor attitude prior to dealing with us. That is ok and we have taken our business else where. Future shoppers should be aware of the condescending attitude from management before entering. Many surrounding dealerships with equally well made cars that have outstanding customer service.

My daughter recently had her windshield replaced at Sussman. She purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from a different dealer, closer to home. I called the original dealer, where she had purchased the car. They refereed me to a private business in NE Philly. I was very leery of going there, because my daughter's car has the head-ups display, rain sensing windshield wipers etc. If the job is not done correctly, all of the high tech stuff won't work properly. I called Sussman's service department and spoke to Gary Daniels. He gave the heads up on what the entire process entailed. The windshield had to be ordered from Mazda I agreed to have Sussman do the repair. Could not ask for better service, and a great customer treatment. Gary went out of his way to help us, even though we didn't purchase the car there. Gary also had a free loaner waiting for us when we dropped my daughters car off. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had from a car dealer. Again a big thanks to Gary Daniels and the entire staff at Sussman. You won't go wrong dealing with the folks at Sussman.

Went in to look for a new CR-V. Salesman was incredibly demeaning. He acted as if I was incapable of discussing pricing and kept deflecting to my husband despite the fact it was my car even after my husband told him he needed to talk with me about it. Then he said the only reason I didn’t want to pay full sticker price was because I couldn’t afford it. To top matters off, he tried to sell me the same exact year and model of my current vehicle for nearly double the price he said he could give me on trade in. This place is a total joke. Don’t waste your time here.

Traded our cx9 on a New GM product.Had time left on the extended warranty we purchased so we came in to do the paper work on the pro-rated rebate.Gave the business manager our paper work,he copied it and told us someone would be with us shortly.45 minutes later no one showed up.I walked over to the business office and observed at least 6 or so people enjoying lunch.After making contact with the business manager again,he said they were "goofing off" and forgot about us Shortly after that the finance manager had us sign a paper and we left very unhappy.Not that it matters but after buying 3 new vehicles from this dealership it was my last. Your service dept.is top notch.Nick always treated us with a very professional attitude and always made us feel welcome.I guess the only way your business and finance people treat folks with due respect is if they are buying a vehicle. I went to buy a car and this dealership got approved for me to finance it. So there was no reason for them to run my credit in four different places. They tanked my credit by running it so many times. It was highly unnecessary. Now I have to wait 90 days before I can get approved for any kind of a loan. And on top of that I didn’t even get the car. I was told it was first come first serve even though I was willing to give a down payment to hold the car. Unless you’re going with cash or took a loan from your own bank stay far away

I bought a car from the Faulkner Mazda in Trevose, and i was scammed basically. Not even 3 months later, the exhaust valve broke and destroyed the engine. They claimed that they do a 100+ point check and inspection, but a simple compression test would have shown this problem. They probably didn’t check anything because one of the headlights had a blown bulb. The service was pretty good, but they do not inspect the car like they should. Be careful with this dealer. They sold us the car without the warranty and said there was nothing they could do for me. An exhaust valve shouldn’t break in less than 2000 miles, so this was probably a result from the previous owner.
Typical pushy sales tactics make car buying a hassle - Recent buyer
Sales staff and management utilize those typical pushy sales tactics that make car-buying a complete hassle and cringe-worthy experience. "I'll go back and ask my manager" routine and make us wait there, with no respect for people's time. And then after the third round of this, and the manager actually comes over, he is completely unaware of our situation or what we were requesting, which just shows this whole routine is simply a game.
We did get a good deal on the Mazda we purchased, but the experience of buying that Mazda was not pleasant and I would not recommend this dealership.
