It’s spring break and so I spent the day with my two and four-year-old grandsons. We were very busy at a museum and then I received a text from Buick and my car lit up that I had a low front tire. I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped by my dealership on Sunrise Boulevard, and when the young man came out and saw the sleeping baby, he got three other men to come and very very quietly they fixed my tire, checked all the tires and my sensors. They even gave me a free car wash, which didn’t wake up the baby and delighted the 4 year old. I bought the Buick for its safety rating. I’m not a young grandma and I needed to know I had the best vehicle. I remember kindness, efficiency and smiles at a business , but I haven’t seen it for a while. KUDOS, to the gentlemen at Ed Morse Buick on Sunrise Blvd! Thank you.

This is the best dealership I've been to in a long time. They make you feel comfortable with no pressure. Best of all no xx scheme's they are straight forward and do everything they can to help you. Unfortunately I didn't make a deal , but it wasn't from them not trying . Levi was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return in the future.

Paul Santangelo from Jon Hall helped me purchase 2 Chevy Trax and one Equinox over the years. I would send everyone there to Paul who needs a bonafide excellent quality low mileage used car, and an honest salesman who is no b.s. He won't try to upsell you. I told him each time what I could afford and what I couldn't. He didn't waste my time showing me vehicles that were out of my range. Each time the vehicle he showed me was the vehicle I purchased. I was out of the office in two hours with each purchase. There's not a problem he doesn't understand and doesn't have a quick work around for. I drove two hours just to purchase my stepdaughter's car so that I could purchase from a salesman with integrity. As a woman, I needed a salesman who did not try to take advantage. He did not. He's respectful, charming and quick and he made car buying a stress free pleasure. If I didn't live in Texas now, I would buy my next car from him and you can not beat Jon Hall used cars. They are like new. Truly.

It takes two days for a diagnostic now they kept the car five days and now I have a sound under my dash that I didn’t have before they replaced the air conditioner. It used to be that they would call you and talk to you about your vehicle but now you have to text if you want, a response to me that’s not very professional. I have been taking my car to that Chevrolet place in Homestead since Blake Chevrolet, which was 21 years ago I will be finding me a new dealer to work on my car because the service is little to be desired. i’m still going to address that noise under my dash I just don’t want to have to rent a car for another week because it takes two days for a diagnostic. It never took that long before and this dealership has been sold to three different people and This last visit is by far the worst.
