I have bought two car in CarMax. My experience has always been the same. I have felt guided, taken care of, and that the rules of the game are christal clear. All the terms and conditions of the purchase and the financing are there for you to see and nothing is hiding. CarMax financing is market average to low rates, I know because I did my research. I am very happy with my experience in buying from CarMax and will do it again. I recommended to my child. My sells person Mathew was great, very clear, answered all my questions, always available in person and on the phone, and he made feel that I was in good reliable hands. Thank you Mathew.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Automax of Ocala and have referred others in the past. We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500. We got the vehicle home and noticed an odd spot. Upon further examination (crawling under the truck) we discovered it has been in a wreck. Nowhere at anytime was this disclosed to us. The repair was very obvious. Bolts missing and missing trim clips as well as spot welds not painted and rusting. The very next day we called and returned to Automax. They would not undo the deal, would not fix the problem, would not discuss even helping to pay for the damage to be repaired correctly. Because this damage involved the rear bumper, safety features also no longer work like blind spot warning, lane detection, and back up monitor. Days later they want to trade us into a different vehicle at our cost for tax, tag, and other dealer fees. Automax clearly does not value a multi repeat customer! The same way we refer customers to them, now we will make it known how they mishandled this issue.

Incompetent dealership! My eqe AMG went in for a recall. They rotated my tires as well. They Failed to correct the tire pressures. Tire pressure sensor warning light is lit up. The pressures are completely incorrect. Now I have the active steering assist and emergency stop assist warnings appearing. This dealer is a joke for the brand. Now I have to figure out how to fix all this because of their incompetence!!! Stay far away from this dealer!

Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Borges and sales rep Devon. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations.
