Went above and beyond in every aspect of the buying process. After two months of buying my truck I showed up to the dealership on a random weekend with no notice to leave my truck for service. Within 10 seconds he met me outside and took my truck to the service department. This man is on standby for anything you need help with. What surprised me the most is when he met me outside he called me by name. I myself personally work in the customer / loan department and as soon as I’m done with a customer they are gone from my memory like a flash of light. Long review short, this guy is on top of things 10/10 service.

Thank you Mr Brent Campbell, Mr Umair, and Mr Boyett. I'm on the west coast and bought a used car, remotely (2500 miles away), no test drive, just based on the advertisement and on Carfax. Then had it shipped out west. So why not buy local, wouldn't it be easier? Well the dealership experience can be hit-or-miss depending on the people. For example, you may get along with sales but hit a snag with finance or vice versa. I can say without a doubt that Lithia Springs Ford has the right people. They made the buying process easy and transparent. They were very accommodating in every step of the process. I would give these folks 7 out of 5 stars.

Taylor started out with us on the phone and pretty much had the deal done before we came into the dealership with our trade. She was with another customer when we got to the dealership so TJ took over and everything continued to go just as smooth. While in Georgia we will highly recommend this dealership and Taylor and TJ specifically.

Good day to the Hennessey Ford dealership!!! The reason for my most recent visit, was to inquire about the upgrade program. It would be my first upgrade. There was a slight misunderstanding , initially, about the process, however, my sales representative, Mr. Theo Williams, along with , the finance manager, Mr. Kreg Simpson, were able to work well together, to accommodate me, within good reason. Theo honored his word, & Kreg helped make it happen!!! I left the dealership, with a new Ford Escape. This experience gave me the education that I needed, for future purchases with Hennessey Ford! I am thankful for the great customer service, as well as my new smart car!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ashley & Alana over at JC Lewis Ford back in December of 2025. It was a very good experience, all in all. Communication was great, replies were almost instantaneous. I made the trip from Louisiana to Savannah to purchase a F150 Platinum that was fairly difficult to find elsewhere. When I arrived at the dealership, the entire staff was very professional, and welcoming. The entire transaction took very little time, from when I arrived, to when I finished in financing, and drove off. Though it is quite a distance from me, I would certainly consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future if at all feasible. I recommend you stop by them before shopping other dealerships (I had communications with several during this process... some downright awful, so it was refreshing to walk away having a pleasant buying experience). Very happy with my truck, Ashley & Alana, Nichole in financing, and the process, as a whole. Thanks again!

I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.
