I used Fayetteville Ford's mobile service today for an oil change. Great service! Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be arriving in. The technicians showed up on time, were polite and professional. Asked permission to do the oil change where the car was parked. They listened to my requests and acknowledged what they found afterward. I didn't have to take time off of work or out of my day off to sit in the service department waiting room. I will definitely use this service again.

REDEMTION!!!!!!! I was beyond hesitant about bringing my vehicle back for a service check after my first visit a few weeks back. But the Sales manager and my cool Service Adviser T. Crook made things right by me. Not only did I bring my car in for the inquiry that I had about my clutch, but I also had an issue with my passenger side window as well. I was hesitant about even bringing it up, but I did. My advisor assured me that they'd look carefully at my transmission and also ensure that the window was taken care of. They kept my vehicle for a week and made sure that I got it in return with all issues resolved. When I returned for my vehicle the following Monday, my advisor greeted me and told me they'd get me in and out after doing a walk around of my loaner. The transaction was seamless and quick. he explained to me all that was done and reassured me that the Stivers Service team would do better in the future. That was extremely confronting because I really did not want to find another Ford dealership lol. I appreciate this team now and hope that the Customer - Service Advisor trust will continue for us in the future. #Mustard Thanks Again for the awesome work.

The service department is great! The service was finished when promised. The next day I heard a new rattle. I drove the rep around the parking lot. He identified the wheel flap was loose and had it fixed with me out of the door in less than 20 minutes. There are other dealerships closer to where I live, but it is well worth the drive! Keep up the great customer service experience!

I was going out of town in two days, driving my new Ford Flex that I purchased from Murray Ford. I hit a curb and blew out a tire on Friday. No where in my town was there a tire, so we took the car to back to David Strickland at Murray. They found a tire in Jacksonville, Florida. They drove to Jacksonville to pick up the tire and bring it back to St Mary's and put it on my car so I could go out of town. That is service above and beyond. Another reason I would recommend Murray Ford.
