We first went to Thys because they had a Pacifica with the features that we wanted, and were looking for a test drive. We continued working with Thys through our buying process, because of their upfront and honest salesmanship. We worked with Dave Koch throughout the process, and he was up front with us on how the Pacifica compared to the Honda Odyssey, and was straight on the pros and cons of each vehicle. We never felt any pressure from Dave, or anyone else at the dealer, and felt he was always working to get us the model/features that best met our needs, and at a fair price. We ended up ordering our van, and Dave went out of his way to kept us up-to-date with where the vehicle was in the building process. Thys is an hour away from our house, and even though there or other Chrysler dealers closer to us, we chose to continue shopping at Thys. They are a small town dealership, and you can notice that personal treatment that they give their customers. I will be happy to point anyone to Thys for their next vehicle purchase.

They are always willing to answer questions, do what they can to make you happy, and assure that you're satisfied is why we will keep going back.
Ram experience has been horrible - Dave likes his Ram
The dealership itself is nice, but I am having issues with my Ram and I am going to have to go to another dealership to get the work done because they do not have their own bodyshop.
Most of the employees were nice to work with, the ones who weren't are not in the same position now.
I am tired of how much work it is taking to make my Ram right. It is new and I should not have to deal with this at all.
And to top it off I have found out they didn't give me that good of a deal.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Torren at Noble Auto Group and had a great experience. Despite being located over 300 miles from my home in Wisconsin, I found Noble to be a dealership that was easy to work with. Using Cars.com I found the exact vehicle I wanted and negotiated a great price. Torren went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car - they washed it for me and he took a video so I could see there were no blemishes. When I was ready to commit to the purchase, and the long drive, they took care of my final request and installed a trailer hitch. All went smoothly when I arrived to pick up the car. After a thorough inspection and a test drive, I was satisfied that they delivered exactly what I expected. We took care of the paperwork and I was pleased that there was no high pressure sales pitch for added services or warranties but rather a professional presentation of what options I had available. With a full tank of gas and Torren's recommendation for a great BBQ joint for lunch, I was on my way. My experience could not have been better. I love my car and would recommend Torren, and the other folks at Noble Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, no matter how far they have to drive!

Had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time, i got involved with another dealer who I had told I had the check for a vehicle and made an appointment to meet the sales rep and the day I was headed out the door, I got a simple e-mail from the General Manager that the car was sold overnight! Really, overnight.
Thats when my wife and i took a few minutes to rethink a new plan on what to do. We chose Browns's in Elkader because after many trips through their display of cars over the years, we knew they had high quality used vehicles!
I then looked up vehicles that met our needs and called Lori, who helped us connect with Wes our salesperson, sat with Wes and went through our story and he was more than willing to get us in a good car. The whole process with Lori, Wes and Kelsey was a treat after what we had gone through. Our feeling that dealing with local small town dealership with friendly customer oriented people sure makes life more enjoyable. Hats off to Browns's and their super staff. Would recommend them anybody!

Oil Change/ switch services from Alaska to Iowa - Iowabornandraised
long story short we moved from Alaska to Iowa recently and knew the “stigma” behind Dan Deery’s to be “overpriced” and “cons” but when I brought my brand new Jeep in to be serviced I was greeted with nothing but professinalism and genuinely great service. Although they would not uphold a oil plan from another dealer (which wasn’t expected but it’s a brand new Jeep and we were told we would be able to switch dealers for services) I upgraded to synthetic oil at a somewhat reasonable price, and in and out in almost 15 minutes start to finish flat. Very pleased and will be returning for services and etc in the future.
Transmission broke after 10 miles - Renopreacher
I test drove 3 vehicles, the first one had a bad motor,(making a lot of noise and the check engine light came on). The second had a bad power steering pump. I bought the third unfortunately and ended up losing the transmission. They will not help or refund me any amount. I recommend you never buy a used car from here, they sell junk, and know it. They refuse to take any responsibility and hide behind there as is no warranty policy. Repairs are going to cost me more than the price of the car, and that's on top of my tow bill.

I purchased a car on a Saturday afternoon. On the drive home, I realized the transmission was going out and the car continued to die. I immediately tried to contact the sales person. I called first thing Monday morning to say I was bringing the car back and expected a refund. I was told there’s nothing that can be done at this point and Deery Brothers has a no return policy. I paid cash for a car that ran for 15 minutes.

Traded in a car and they said it would be paid off in 10 days and 15 days later with late fees and a missed car payment Runde is saying they don't know where the check is. This dealer is very unethical and unresponsive. I have talked to Joe and Shawn and both have been little to no help. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD!

We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and they wouldn't show us the service records on it. Then after we bought it the traction control light came on. We took it to them and they said it would come on by its self. Wrong answer I had 5 different mechanics tell me it won't come on by its self unless u hit the button. I had to take it to uptown motors to have them fix it right. Now we just spent alot of money in plugs coil pack and fuel injector cleaning service and 2 new tires also. So I say kreigers can take there cars and stick them where the sun don't shine and I will not go back there at all. So do not buy from them they will not show u anything on the service records at all. I asked for them more than once and they never would get them out fore to see.
Oil Change and Tire Patch Gone Horribly Wrong - Preemo

Went in for an oil change and tire patch on 1-10-18 is how this nightmare begins. After waiting two and a half hours I get my car back with my painted rim all beat up. Six of the ten spokes had chipped paint and the edge of the rim was chewed up from the tire machine. They ordered me a new rim, the color was off badly. I suggested i know someone who paints they said no. So at this point for $200 this problem could have been fixed. The service manager "Danny" tells me thats all they are going to do its now my problem. If i wasnt happy, and why should i be, i could talk to "Mike" at the south location. This guy took a week to get back to me only to tell me Chrysler isnt getting back to him and I should call them. So i do his job for him and call, had no problems getting someone. They tell me im not a dealer etc etc which took 10 mins. I get them a quote to have the rim painted, that Mike ASKED for mind you. Instead they used their "Wheel Guy" that all of a sudden appeared out of nowhere over a MONTH later to paint the rim. The rim looked like it was sprayed with rattle cans and the color was completely off. I told Mike it looked great and never went back. I am having the rim done at MY expense so I can once again have 4 rims that match. This process was long and exhausting and in the end, they did win. The simplest of car maintenance this place managed to foul up completely. Way to lose a customer and risk your reputation for a $200 fix. Well done. If I could rate them no stars i would. Bottom line go somewhere else, anywhere else.
Untrustworthy - Screwed over customer
Purchased a used vehicle from them where they failed to disclose they had seen transmission fluid on the inspection. We NEVER would have purchased it had we known this. We purchased it and 3 months later find out the transmission case is cracked. They talk up the certified warranty they gave us (and I'm sure we paid for) and left us high and dry even though they had not divulged this leak to us upon purchase. Tried to tell us they tested it when there weren't any extra miles on it to back it up. Then performed their own little "fix" on it without our permission while trying to get this resolved. Their "fix" is not what is recommeneded. Wouldn't trust a word they say.

I took my truck in with oil light on...was told it was a sensor and still OK to drive. They replaced the sensor the next week. The oil light still came back on. Said it was probably the contacts, but couldn't look at it then, still OK to drive.....well, I ended up needing a new engine as that one apparently didn't run too well WITHOUT getting oil. :(
