I had the check engine light come on a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle but it was a quick and painless fix of just my system just needing to be updated. which didnt cost me another penny. Over all please with my visit.

We first went to Thys because they had a Pacifica with the features that we wanted, and were looking for a test drive. We continued working with Thys through our buying process, because of their upfront and honest salesmanship. We worked with Dave Koch throughout the process, and he was up front with us on how the Pacifica compared to the Honda Odyssey, and was straight on the pros and cons of each vehicle. We never felt any pressure from Dave, or anyone else at the dealer, and felt he was always working to get us the model/features that best met our needs, and at a fair price. We ended up ordering our van, and Dave went out of his way to kept us up-to-date with where the vehicle was in the building process. Thys is an hour away from our house, and even though there or other Chrysler dealers closer to us, we chose to continue shopping at Thys. They are a small town dealership, and you can notice that personal treatment that they give their customers. I will be happy to point anyone to Thys for their next vehicle purchase.

I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the service dept. on a Monday morning. I got there at 8 am and stood waiting for 20 minutes with a service employee sitting looking at me but would not wait on me. when he finally did ask what I needed, I told him I had an appointment to drop off my truck for rust proofing service. He said I had no appointment even though he never even asked my name. every time I tried to talk he interrupted me and became extremely rude and told me to get out of his shop. WOW!! I spent over $48,000 to be treated like a piece of trash. If you want to buy a vehicle stay away from Kimberly Car City and the Courtesy group. This dealership has no customer service skills at all!

Do not use this dealer - insists on their lenders - Unsat
GM should remove all affiliation with this dealership. I should of known from the first time I walked in the showroom and no one asked me if I needed anything. I finally walked into a cubicle and asked if I could get a brochure. The person said they no longer have brochures and I could get the information on line. Then they walked away.
The prices are good, then you get there and start the loan process. From the very first visit they continue to ask for you to use their lenders. When asked for the interest rate, they never gave an interest rate just “it could be 5% to 8%”. This was after knowing the credit score.
They do not return calls. Could not get the sale price quote in a timely manner. Could not take a test drive because they would have to move too many cars to get the car you want to test drive out. There was a deadline on some discounts that was missed due to price quote delays and the salesman having the day off.
Even so, I continued to try to work with Vaughn (I know, I know - not wise on my part) and it was absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I've owned more than 20 cars in my lifetime, so the experience of purchasing a vehicle is not new to me. What was new to me, was realizing that this Dealer does not make any effort to accommodate buyers or make a sale.
The worst part was because I did not use any of their lenders, they would not release the vehicle until they received the funds. WHAT?? Yes, even though my nationally known bank’s “ letter of credit “, a legal document, guaranteed the loan amount. Vaughn was insistent that they would not release the car until they received actual payment. They do not require having actual payment from their lenders before they release the car. I asked them if their lender could match my banks interest rate and they said no. Most banks, of course, will not release funds without the proper paperwork to include being put as lien holder on a title.
For several weeks, my bank went out of their way to develop some type of compromise, but Vaughn was insistent on having the funds first or using one of their lenders. I offered a HUGH downpayment of 30% of the price. After weeks of trying to find a compromise, Vaughn stated that they would not accept my bank’s letter of credit. WHAT? Vaughn then finally stated the only way to purchase the vehicle was to use one of their lenders. This is no way to do business.
So in the end, "Vaughn Automotive" WILL NEVER get business from me again or whoever I know. Good luck to whoever goes and deals with them. Using this bullying tactic on using their lenders is unacceptable. This is what gives car salesman such a bad name and now I can see why.
Remove the Vaughn car sticker and do not advertise for this dealership.
We are also wanting to purchase a new truck in the coming year. I wouldn't return to this place for a free, fully loaded truck. Don't waste your time driving to this dealership, it's worth paying more money at another place. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. If you'd like to have a real, customer-oriented buying experience, then stay away from this place! Find another place to spend your money.

Eric was a nice guy but has no business being in sales. Was ready to buy a vehicle but he had to talk to his manager - related a price that was close but wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. Even when I called the manger directly he had Eric call me back. Silly model and a lost sale. We weren’t that far off - but Eric had no idea or authority to discuss price; lots of overhead to lose a sale.

Purchased my car from Gene Lorsung at Junge Center Point. Should have gone here first and saved a lot of anguish and time. Not only did he bring my car from North Liberty he spent the time answering all my questions he also showed us the features on the car. He listened to us when we advised we had other financing and was very professional about it. No pressure for us and reassurance we made the right choice. Thanks Gene for making this so simple. Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?
Oil Change and Tire Patch Gone Horribly Wrong - Preemo

Went in for an oil change and tire patch on 1-10-18 is how this nightmare begins. After waiting two and a half hours I get my car back with my painted rim all beat up. Six of the ten spokes had chipped paint and the edge of the rim was chewed up from the tire machine. They ordered me a new rim, the color was off badly. I suggested i know someone who paints they said no. So at this point for $200 this problem could have been fixed. The service manager "Danny" tells me thats all they are going to do its now my problem. If i wasnt happy, and why should i be, i could talk to "Mike" at the south location. This guy took a week to get back to me only to tell me Chrysler isnt getting back to him and I should call them. So i do his job for him and call, had no problems getting someone. They tell me im not a dealer etc etc which took 10 mins. I get them a quote to have the rim painted, that Mike ASKED for mind you. Instead they used their "Wheel Guy" that all of a sudden appeared out of nowhere over a MONTH later to paint the rim. The rim looked like it was sprayed with rattle cans and the color was completely off. I told Mike it looked great and never went back. I am having the rim done at MY expense so I can once again have 4 rims that match. This process was long and exhausting and in the end, they did win. The simplest of car maintenance this place managed to foul up completely. Way to lose a customer and risk your reputation for a $200 fix. Well done. If I could rate them no stars i would. Bottom line go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I told the salesman I was going to buy a truck. I showed him the one I wanted and asked if all the accessories came with it at the price he told me and he said yes. I signed the purchase agreement and planned to return the next day to pick up the truck. I got a text from the sales manager saying I would have to pay an extra $1500 for the truck because of the accessories. After several calls and their unwillingness to honor the agreement I went to another dealer who gave me a better deal on the same truck after hearing what I had been thru. I will never step foot on Dave Wright’s lot again. The vehicle was a 21019 Honda Ridgeline. I was not given the option to select Honda in the section below so I just picked one.

Bought a car. Service department was suppose to issues. Six months later same issues. Now I have to pay to have issues fixed. The owner will not fix issues. Don't go there unless you plan on getting ripped off. Service department sucks.
