My son had his car totalled out on a Monday night while parked at home. I called Deery on Wednesday when I was informed it was in fact being totalled out. Steve helped me with the process of filing his Gap insurance and cancelling his extended warranty. I spoke with Dale a few times that day as well, and told him what Austin was looking for & could afford. He went out of his way to make sure Austin got a safe & reliable car. I absolutely recommend McGrath for new but especially for used cars. I replaced an old junker with a gem I found in their massive used inventory. The car I was most interested in was at an out of town location so Alex E. had it brought to the location nearest to me.I did my first test drive and mademy purchase all in less than two hours! We were having some difficulty getting the monthly payment to fit in my limited budget. I needn’t have worried. Alex handed my application to Jakein financing , who worked some pretty phenomenal magic with the bank to crunch the numbers down to where I needed them to be and later that afternoon,I arrived at home in a gorgeous 2018 Toyota Yaris. I will miss my 207 hevy Aveo(purchased new from another McGrath location here in town) but it was time to retire that car and meet my new love. Everyone was so nice, wshile I was waiting for the load app to process several otheremployployees came over to chat. I am very happy to report that while working his magic, Jake made it possible for me to purchase the warranty protection, which was very important to me as a single FEMALEwith no clue what makes cars go. I can highly recommend McGrath service departments to you but especially at this location. Rick Gilbreath-Sales Professional was very helpful in responding to my phone calls and answering my questions during the course of 5 days. At no time during my discussions with Rick did he ask me for a down payment as I was considering the purchase of a Volkswagen GTI. As I became more interested in this vehicle Rick referred me to a lending institution where I filled out an application for the purchase of this car and I was approved for financing. On the Friday of that week I was contacted by Rick that the vehicle was sold that Thursday evening. I was surprised and asked how and why this happened and Rick said it was taken out of his hands and he referred me to Brent Seibel there General Sales Manager. I contacted Mr. Seibel and he said because I did not place money down on the vehicle that he made the decision to have another interested party look at the VW and they bought it. So folks BEWARE don't buy a vehicle from Kimberly Car City they value your MONEY more than you!!! 5 stars to Rick an excellent sales professional! No stars to Brent and Kimberly Car City!!! P.S. Yesterday I received a pre-qualified for vehicle financing from Kimberly Car City from 5,000 to a 35,000 dollar purchase....I can assure Kimberly Car City that I will purchase another car elsewhere!!!

Bought a car 3 years ago from the owners daughter she’ll push any clunker they have on lot after some critical issues arose they did nothing but blame me even though I wasn’t only told that the driver side mirror needed replaced and that everything was in pretty good shape .. less than a year later the engine cradle was completely rotted out .. the passenger side tire had an issue with a leak the day I drove it off site .. the CD player was jammed and wouldn’t work (with a tester cd lodged inside) Do NOT buy from this place they will rob you blind with a smile on their face

The service provider was polite and helpful, but the work they did was not good. Asked for them to look at uconnect system, they charged me 169.00 to tell me a replacement uconnect radio is 1600.00. Then they drained my battery. They left my ignition on when they checked the system. I will never take my truck there again, and I certainly won't purchase a vehicle there. I get treated a lot better at the Marshalltown dealership. I thought they might be better at knowing my uconnect system, I was wrong. Place is a total joke.

Well, went to trade in the wifes 2011 Ford Explorer today, nothing wrong 139,000 miles. Now at June 2019 and was told sorry your vehicle has a car fax report from a dealer repair at 30,000 says it was in an accident in 2013 two owners ago. Holy crap that's nice to know at least it was fixed correctly by a dealer, I think to myself. Their response is nope sorry, can't give you trade on what it's worth. It has orginal title. When did car fax rule between original title and salvage title?

I told the salesman I was going to buy a truck. I showed him the one I wanted and asked if all the accessories came with it at the price he told me and he said yes. I signed the purchase agreement and planned to return the next day to pick up the truck. I got a text from the sales manager saying I would have to pay an extra $1500 for the truck because of the accessories. After several calls and their unwillingness to honor the agreement I went to another dealer who gave me a better deal on the same truck after hearing what I had been thru. I will never step foot on Dave Wright’s lot again. The vehicle was a 21019 Honda Ridgeline. I was not given the option to select Honda in the section below so I just picked one.

Have had my truck to more times than I can remember for the same issue. They cant fix it. They keep tell me ford says do this ford says do that.Its the same thing every time. You can do the same thing and expect a different out come. They wont stand up to ford and say that does not fix the problem. Then when you raise your voice to them because you play their game long enough the tell you if you don't like like it take your truck someplace else when they have done all the work kind of hard to bring another mechanic in to the middle of a screw up. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF THEY FIX YOUR STUFF AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY!

We Drove up From omaha to sioux city To pick up a car that was purchased for me by a dealer in omaha . I Gave the check to John the general manager . He said a sales person name Tom would Help me with the delivery . We waited because car was being detailed . Tom finally brought the car and said I could go for a drive . We did that and came Back . Tom said it was a nice car and we were done and could leave for omaha .
Excited I drove back to omaha. There I realized that the jack and spare and the pump for the spare were missing so next day I called them John the GM and Tom both were off . I asked the person if they could check to see if the jack and the spare were left in the detail Shop . Within a minute he said “no they did not have them”
I has cost me $500 to purchase the items off eBay and would like for the dealer to pay for what I paid .
Today I called again and was told they are not responsible for the missing parts.
I have purchased many many cars from Woodhouse prior to this and always have been pleased . This location needs some training to in customer service and not use old car salesman language of the slimy past Of car business to brush off customers!!!!!!!!!
