Went into Toyota Of Bowie on this past weekend to see if I could get a new car. My Salesman Mr Jason Roberts was exceptional!! From the time I arrived at the dealership until my final steps into financing, he assured me that I was going to be ok. He explained every detail of the sale, from what I could and could not afford being realistic in every aspect. Every question I asked he answered, not just with a short to the point answer, it honest and definitely detailed. My test drive was amazing. Jason explained the entire operation of the vehicle before we left the lot!! When we got back I had made my choice, the Toyota Camray SE!! I was very nervous about the whole new car buying experience but Jason Roberts made it a pleasurable experience. They don't play cat n mouse game other dealers do. After dealing with another dealer that played this game of let me talk to my boss about the price and trying to get you in to hear their sales pitch, then sit with someone else before they let you know if they can lower the price. Brown's was upfront gave me the price up front. total deal took less then an hour after test drive. I came back less then an hour before closing time. They knew my time was valuable and we completed the deal that night. Ray and his boss Robert stayed went through the paper work with rushing me and walking through Finance with Mark was a breeze. I arrived with my own financing but got better terms with Toyota. I have bought several cars new and used and this is definitely one of the best services I have received.

We bought a used Ford F-150 from saleman Stefan Caicea and our experience was great. Stefan was not pushy and I loved that about him. He was also very friendly and helpful . He was welling to get us the best deal. Stefan has called us several times since we have bought the truck to make sure everything is good and called my husband to wish him a happy birthday. We have never had anyone from another dealership to that. I would recommend Stefan and the Toyota group to anyone. When it comes time to buy another vehicle my husband and I will definitely will go back to Toyota and deal with Stefan.

On September 26th, I made an appointment with Koons for recall on an airbag for October 2nd at 9AM. I made it early so we could drop off my sons car and do some errands and have it done in enough time for my son be on time for work. After returning to Koons at 12:30, I found out the car was still not done (should have been done at noon) and would not be done until tomorrow. Because of this, I have now drop off my son at work and pick him up late at night (because he does not have a car). We live over the bay bridge. We both are going to have to take time out of our schedule to go back over the bridge (costing us another $4 toll and gas). The service technician said he had over 25 airbag replacement scheduled (that day) and someone called out. I understood that but why did he not let us know until now. He did offer to drop it off the next evening to save us from commute. It was still frustrating that we were not made aware until the last minute and we have to suffer for Koons poor planning.
While there, we wanted Koon to check the brakes. We were told the rear left brake was leaking and it was going to cost over one thousand dollars to get fix. The car is only worth two thousand dollars and I asked why so expensive. I was told the Caliper for the rear back brake cost over $500 dollars. I looked it up online. It was only $88 dollars. It was clear Koons was trying to rook me. I called up western auto and got an estimate for labor new caliper, rotor and pads. It was only $475. Koons was going to charge double and some ($1,060.23). I told him this was over-priced and we don’t want it done. It cost me $139.00 to tell me that…. Now, we will have to go over the bridge again and drive it home because it was now deemed unsafe to drive.
I guess my take away from Koon service department is that they are poorly managed, have poor customer service and overpriced repairs. I guess it will be a good lesson learn for my son. It was his first experience not using our local repair shop and the last time we (the whole family) will be using Koons Service department for anything but recalls nor will we buy a car from Koons.

Best experience ever buying a new car. Mary Ann McMorrow handled our sales and Jeff handled our warranty and financing. We were in and out with our new car in less than 1 hour. Seriously they operated like a smooth running machine. We also got the lowest price imaginable on our new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. We have bought many cars before at other places and Koons Westminster Toyota was by far the best. I highly recommend that you ask for Mary Ann and Jeff. Thank you for making car buying fun again.

How do you allow a second time potential buyer walk out your dealership? Simply, just act as though you do not want to sell the customer a car by not communicating with them or asking the question, how may i help you, after walking around the dealer unhelped for 10 minutes, with 1 other customer in the entire place.That's what Bill Kids Toyota did. I guess they assumed I didn't have any money or wasn't considered a prospective customer.
I had a cashiers check ready to make a purchase without financing. Bill Kids Toyota didn't respond to my email for one week, until I repprted them to the Better Business Bureau.
I do not recommend spending your money with them.

Let me start by saying we came from Riverdale... RIVERDALE! we tried the dealerships near by but it felt like they weren't taking us serious. When I tell you this dealership here not only did they help us out with getting a car but making sure it was one we loved! Jose is the man to talk to he presented our car in a way no one has ever presented a car before. Look you ever bought something and then had to figure out what it does... Mhmm Jose seriously will have you love the car YOU choose and Help you know your car before you leave. This man has been by far thee best Salesperson we have ever met. Will Riddick was one of the best financing agents that we have ever worked with. He walked us step by step on everything and he didn't close the deal until we was very satisfied with our payments! We have bought many new and used Vehicles but this dealship has the best customer service experience ever. We will be back! I recommend Jose as your Salesperson and Will Riddick as your Financing agent! Look if anything we had got a Black Toyota Corolla with Black interior! We are in love with our car! Thank you guys!

I have always had a positive experience with this dealership in the past however the seems to be changes in the customer care within the sales dept. after five days of talking with the sales dept, coming to the lot three times and getting a call to come for test drive to find out it was all in vain
Deceptive Cross Selling instead of attending to recall issue - Abie20770
I brought my Toyota Corolla in response to a safety recall. I did NOT request any additional service. Nor did I report any problem with the vehicle. Mr Lee Tensley who attended on me came to after a wait of two hours to say that the headlights needed cleaning, (a second issue that I do not recall), and third in order, an oil leak. As I was to drive 500 miles to Canada the next day I was blackmailed into agreeing to have the reported oil leak fixed. I was charged $337.92 for this service. Although I requested the cashier at the time of payment, I was not given the estimates that Mr Tensley had brandished before me. I was given only the bill. Not even the inspection report. On closely looking at the bill today, I was astonished to find that it stated an untruth: " customer states the timing chain tensioner is leaking please check and advice." This is a total falsehood. I did not make any such request. I am not an automobile mechanic. It is inconceivable that I would have reported this problem. It is clear from the order of the three repairs Mr Tensley suggested, that it was just a way to hoodwink the customer into paying for unnecessary and unwanted repairs. This sort of cross-selling to customers who came solely in response to the safety recall is UNETHICAL. It is nothing short of blackmail. The statement on the bill attributing a request to me is a complete fabrication. This kind of cross-selling under deception is illegal and I demand a full refund.

Pull up to the service dept door, set there for about 10 min 4 men in there never made eye contact or ask us to move forward, as we set there cars pull ahead and went in the building. Not sure what to do we moved up and ask what to do at that point some tall unprofessional man said move ahead and walk away. We have brought 2 new car here in the last 2 years, something like this will make me go elsewhere a great service dept keep people coming back.
