Josh Bruffy was excellent. He was easy going but responsive to my questions. He supplied an out-the-door quote which covered all of the fees. About the only thing that changed was registration. Because I transferred my existing tags, that line item actually went down. He worked with the manager to get me an extended test drive, which I found extremely helpful and was something that other dealerships balked at doing. RAV4s are very popular and thus I had to wait two months for one to come in as they were sold out for the current and subsequent month's dealer allocations. Fortunately, I did not need the new car immediately and so could wait. I would have preferred not to have the moonroof in the one I ordered, but it seems that Toyota corporate was not able to make that change despite the valiant efforts of the Koons Toyota staff. Overall, I had a very good buying experience with Koons and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

our 2026 Toyota tundra 4 x 4 had a flat tire while pulling our brand new 26 foot camper. This happened across the street from the coons Toyota Annapolis dealer. Their staff Joe and Joe, beautiful young lady and a nice young gentleman stopped everything and came over with a hydraulic jack helped us get the camper unhitched and fixed our tire. We were not even a direct customer. Great to see people that are willing to go the extra mile. God bless you. Excellent experience during a stressful situation. We will definitely go to them for any new Toyota in the future. Thank you, Joe and Joe. We are new to having a camper and miscalculated and hit a curb. Thankfully, we have been married over 40 years and I don’t think we’re getting divorced yet. I went into the dealership and this beautiful young lady jumped to my aid so quickly she came outside on a hot summer day and assess the situation and got the other Joe from the service department and with a hydraulic jack and a strong back he was able to change our spare.

I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Corolla LE on November 14, 2025, from Min Shain. I worked with Min for several weeks. He was very patient, helpful, and informative throughout the process.  He kept in close touch with me primarily through texts and ensured that I was aware of any changes in the inventory of the types of vehicles that I was interested in. My previous purchase of a vehicle was at DarCars Frederick over 20 years ago and have always found the dealership responsive and competent. I have recommended Min and the dealership to friends and colleagues. I give Min five stars.

Phil obiora cleared my car with a broken transmission even after I drove with a Toyota certified mechanic (mark fraser #3022) who’s confirmed my concern AFTER the initial diagnostic was done and nothing was found. Even though I towed in my vehicle they still tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and the noise I was hearing was due to uneven tire wear after I expressed it as unlikely that was the cause because the vehicle seized the night before. I Reluctantly took my car and left without having to pay as my service rep “Phil” let me know my diagnostic fee would be waived considering they couldn’t appease my concerns I’m assuming. I took the car back to my university campus and on the way roughly 20 minutes after the car was cleared it began seizing on the highway. I took the car back to Antwerpen was given a loaner and 2 days later I was notified that my transmission needed repair and would be covered under warranty. The rental contract I was given clearly states my rental would be valid until my repair is complete. After letting me know my car needs a transmission repair, they told me the transmission is on back order and that the rental would not be applicable for the time being while waiting for the transmission. From my understanding service begins when the vehicle is taken in and diagnosed and awaits its new parts. On April 28th 3 weeks after I brought my car in and was told there was nothing wrong with it only to find it actually had a broken transmission, Antwerpen Toyota breached their contract and retrieved the rental I was given while I was asleep on my college campus tens of miles from home. Additionally, regardless of the fact that my car is still currently unfixed and I have a contract legally giving me use of the courtesy vehicle for the time period, Charles Howard threatened to call the police on me for “stealing their rental vehicle” prior to them illegally retrieving it on their own. When trying to reason with interim general manager josh felsen, he let me know my word meant nothing to him and that he’s sure the service department didn’t clear a car with issues (considering the vehicle has been in the shop since I got my rental on April 8th and today is the 28th needing a new transmission that’s on back order that’s clearly not true) As of this evening I have already filed a claim with the attorney general. Please be wary before conducting business with certain members of the Antwerpen Toyota team in Clarksville they are masters of deception. my car is still sitting in their shop, it’s been 3 weeks no date as to when it will be complete and no transportation for me to get to and from school/work even though I was given a contract stating otherwise and my vehicle is a 2022 under warranty.

Paul was extremely professional, responsive, and transparent. We were able to handle the entire purchase process essentially via email, and met only to sign on the dotted line. -Monday, June 29, 2026 1 pm - I drove 70 minutes for my appointment -I told them in advance I was disabled and travel was difficult for me - When I arrived neither vehicle was ready as promised -one vehicle was currently being inspected - second vehicle was not cleaned or inspected - salesperson pushed for financing before I even saw a vehicle. “Something to work on while we waited.” - this was disrespectful of my time and effort. - I paid the price today in physical pain for no reason because of this. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership based on salesmanship. -the manager actually continued the pressure by saying the car would be sold as soon as the inspection was done. -you can always LEAVE folks, I did.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea
