Vaqar created a comfortable and trustworthy relationship - hannahrosewilliams28

Vaqar created a comfortable and trustworthy relationship instantly. He answered questions transparently, and was very thoughtful and practical, with the advice he gave me on what car I should get. He did not try to pressure a sale, but he used real life information and experience to explain why I was making a smart purchase. He even offered us some snacks and beverages because we we were there for a while and got hungry. Vaqar treated us like family! I was so happy to walk out with my brand new Toyota Corolla 2026 LE, thanks to Vaqar.

Jacob was wonderful and easy to work with He had been working with us for about two years trying to find us a car we would be happy with for a long time. He succeeded in just that. Only my, (Claire) second new car purchase in my lifetime. Even got to meet Jason Munoz, a fellow antique car and van person.

I had a really good experience at the dealership - Darryl

I had a really good experience at the dealership yesterday. Everything went pretty smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unbeatable service! - SA

Unbeatable service! Ask for the Dream Team at Jones Toyota My family recently purchased two vehicles from Jones Toyota over the last few weeks, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We have purchased several cars over the years, and Adam Cretaro is, by far, the best Sales Consultant we have ever dealt with. Adam was reliable, responsive, respectful of our wishes, and a true professional throughout the entire process. While the whole Jones Toyota team was a pleasure to work with, my absolute "dream team" consisted of Sales Manager Tim Wojciechowski, Finance Manager Darlington Nwaba, and Sales Consultant Adam Cretaro. My son and I are loving our new rides and are so grateful for the easy, transparent, and professional service from start to finish. When we are in the market for our next car, we know exactly where we’re going. Thank you Adam, Tim, and Darlington!

I bought two cars within 30 days and Frances Nwachu was - wendycutt

I bought two cars within 30 days and Frances Nwachu was our salesperson and he was excellent. I must say that this dealership won me over from the moment I walked in the door. The person at the front of the showroom, to the sales staff and even finance was a blast. I have never had fun buying a car but this time was different!

I had gotten my Car here around last month and no - Tigexclusives

I had gotten my Car here around last month and no complaints at all it was a great process although I had come today to get my tires re filled just because it’s been about 2 months since I did. I was greeted by a young blond curly haired kid who when I told him I just needed my tires pumped up he immediately went over to his supervisor I’m assuming, shaking his head and it seemed like he was very bothered by this. And I tried to make conversation with him but he is not a good representation of you’re company and you guys should talk to him about helping out every customer with a smile no matter what they ask

Very unprofessional. - lopezbilly158

Very unprofessional. Had them give me a quote on a vehicle that I was selling. After negotiating for 2 weeks, the day I take the vehicle in, they decide not to buy it. Poor taste in customer service. Rather go to Car Max then to deal with these clowns. The name of the person I was dealing with is Michelle. What a waste of time.

This is the first time I've worked with Paul Thilert with - LS_1976

This is the first time I've worked with Paul Thilert with Safford Toyota Glen Burnie. Absolutely amazing experience; really wish I could do this every week! Paul was extremely professional, responsive, and transparent. We were able to handle the entire purchase process essentially via email, and met only to sign on the dotted line. No games, no gimmicks, no upsell, or last minute changes to the already agreed upon numbers. One of the easiest car purchases I've made. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2026 Grand - cnsmith19

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade from Tyler Willis at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. I knew the Nightshade trim would be difficult to find, and I had contacted several dealerships before reaching out to Tyler. Rather than trying to steer me toward a different trim, he went above and beyond to locate and reserve the exact Nightshade I wanted. From the very beginning, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through the features, helped me pair my phone, showed me how to use the hands-free power liftgate and fuel door, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. What really stood out was that Tyler made it clear his support didn't end after the sale. He encouraged me to call him anytime if I had questions or ran into any issues with my new vehicle, which gave me a great deal of confidence. This is my second Toyota, and although I purchased my first one from a different dealership, I chose Sheehy Toyota of Laurel solely because of Tyler Willis. After this experience, I can't imagine buying my next Toyota anywhere else. Tyler has earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation.

-Monday, June 29, 2026 1 pm - I drove 70 minutes for my appointment -I told them in advance I was disabled and travel was difficult for me - When I arrived neither vehicle was ready as promised -one vehicle was currently being inspected - second vehicle was not cleaned or inspected - salesperson pushed for financing before I even saw a vehicle. “Something to work on while we waited.” - this was disrespectful of my time and effort. - I paid the price today in physical pain for no reason because of this. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership based on salesmanship. -the manager actually continued the pressure by saying the car would be sold as soon as the inspection was done. -you can always LEAVE folks, I did.

Had a rough experience to begin with however speaking - Jose Delgado

Had a rough experience to begin with however speaking with Ms. Waterhouse. She eased my mind about the situation. However it was just a big misunderstanding. She is definitely deserving of the position she is in. She has great customer service, understands both sides. COMPLETELY BEYOND SATISFIED!

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. - Shea

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea
