I have been searching for the best price that was available on either a 2024 or 2025 C8 Corvette, and I would settle for a LT 1. Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. Casey DETTLOFF is the guy to see. I had a fantastic salesman@ Telegraph prior to the pandemic. I'd gone there for 30 years. During the middle of it I was due for a new lease and I was paired with a different sales person since mine had relocated out of state. Off the bat and prior to knowing how much I was willing to put down, as well as not knowing one single thing about me, she told me my desired monthly payment was unrealistic. I quickly realized that's someone I can't work with. I drove 45 mins south to Dundee and ended up with someone far worse. When a salesman from the same company asks you "how did you have such a low payment on your last vehicle" along with "maybe make some lifestyle changes so you can better afford a higher payment'', you know you're in a bad situation. Ultimately it was the worst decision I could've made. I was trapped at that point.. Luckily I was recently referred to Casey DETTLOFF when my lease was up. I said this in another review. It was like having a family member or friend work out a lease for you. He wasn't going to let me get into a situation I didn't want. As long as he's in business, I'll be going to him and I highly recommend him. Very pleasant guy. Family man. Great energy.

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.
