We stopped at Cokato Motors, just to "check out the dealership". We met salesperson Sarah Niemela.
She asked specific questions and was very attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle. She gave us pertinent information and presented useful guidelines in helping us make our selection of type of vehicle. We left that evening knowing we wanted to buy our vehicle from her.
She kept in close contact and stayed within the quide lines we had presented. She did not waste our time trying to get us to purchase something that could have made her job easier or that we would not have been interested in.
The day we purchased our vehicle she was very knowledgeable on how everything worked and how we could program it to our needs. She was very well prepared and the paperwork did not take long.
We would highly recommend Cokato Motors and Sarah Niemela when it is time to purchase a vehicle. We will certainly be repeat customers if the need arises.

This was not a pleasant expierience buying a car due to having to deal with Tiffany Dilley who could not answer my question of wher an extra $500 charge over the estimate came from. She told me it was only a estimate. Being $500 off is not a very good estimate. She informed me that the intrest rate had raised that morning. I told her that I actually gave tho OK on the purchase on MON or TUES. and it wasn,t my fault Apple Ford could not close on it untill FRI. but I would accept the extra intrest. for her benefit to learn something I told her in my day a handshake or somebodies word was good at the time of purchase . On her card it says she is finance manager. She is definitely not management material in my opinion especialy in these times when so many people are loking for jobs. She told me to take it or leave it. I asked do you mean the car ? She replied yes. If it were not for the rest of staf being so polite ane pleasant I would not have taken the car. Tifany was rude, disrespectful, and did not know her job as she could not explain the extra $50 charge. I would have to say I would have to think very hard if I would buy another vechile from Aple Ford or recomend them to anyone because of Tifany.

Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended.
