I loved my 2012 Acadia so I decided to upgrade to a 2017 with under 40,000. I located 4 in the Metro Area that fit me. First stop was Jeff Belzer in New Prague. Lovely car, good trade offer... but GMC had cut 7 inches off the 3rd seat and cargo space! It no longer served my need. Bewildered, I had to re-think vehicles. As I drove off to my second car appointment, I got a call from Grant about another possibility, suggested by the Service Manager or Matt or someone. For another $5,000 they could put me in a brand new Traverse with my desired features. After a day of energetic hands-on research and four stops later, I returned to New Prague to make the deal. Thanks, Grant, for helping me rethink my car situation on the fly.

I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. To our pleasant surprise, no salesperson came running out to interrupt our "just looking" experience. After finding an Edge that really appealed to us, we went inside the showroom/sales area. There we were introduced to Jerome Lindquist. He immediately impressed us with his pleasant demeanor and, equally important, his technical and product knowledge. We were also very impressed with a great trade-in value on our 2017 Ford Escape and all the rebates that were offered on the Edge. Our service work was performed in a timely manner. When we made the appointment they said it would take about an hour and that is what it took for them to get it done. In addition to the recall, there had been a problem with the keypad on the door, and that was replaced as well. All the staff are always friendly and courteous.

Vehicle was sold by the registered owner who provided the new owner with a prepaid Service Receipt to introduce her to the Dealer who had provided all services recommended and needed since the purchase of the vehicle from that Dealer.
The vehicle had been setting in a garage for months without being driven and the Prepaid Service allowed the buyer to review all previous services and introduce her to the preferred service who had sold the vehicle to the seller.
Considered by the seller to be a very good way to start the young owner with a used car from a valued dealership.

Sales people were initially nice, but a TPMS light AND battery light went on within a week of buying my used car. I paid $750 for a new alternator and $125 for a new TPMS sensor. Suddenly, the General Manager ignored my emails and the salesman quit answering my texts. They promised to get me the extra key fob (now they say it doesn't exist) and I have not seen the missing headrests for the back seat that they promised were in the mail. Very disappointed. I really feel taken advantage of by both the salesman and the general manager. "Buy Happy?" is a joke. I don't think I will go to an "Morries" dealerships in the future.
