Service person was friendly and helpful even brought me back to Payment area when I needed to pay. My only concern was with individuals completing my work when I asked how low my battery was they had not checked it just assumed because I said I think I need a new battery that that is all that they put in and didn’t check to make sure that is what was wrong.

Everything went great except I was sold a truck with the spare tire locked on with a thick bike lock type cable and lock. I would think that would be something that they would be aware of during their 180 or whatever point inspection. Service was good, not too pushy. Overall good experience.
