My salesman, Damian Frentz, exhibited passionate while describing in great details the features and performance of the vehicle. He shared the process every trade vehicle goes through before their dealership lists a vehicle for sale.
The application process was straightforward. The finance manager (my apologies as I forgot his name) was exceptional in looking for the best approval terms to match my comfort and explaining the various bank approvals.

Do not buy a used car here! Their purchase agreement isn't worth the paper it is written on. Any repairs that need to be done, if addressed at all, will be completed with substandard workmanship as cheaply as they can get it done, when you voicee concerns, your requests to speak to a manager will be ignored, and calls not returned. When you finally get a chance to speak to a manager, he acts as though he has no time for you and you are keeping him from his golf game. Then he bullys and be-littles you as if you know nothing about cars and refuses to discuss a resolution. When you call back to speak to the owner, you are told that he is not taking calls and they send you back to the same rude manager you spoke to initially. See a pattern here? They will send you in circles to avoid addressing any complaints, so here I am, telling anyone that will listen....save your money and shop elsewhere! You do not want to do business with a company that doesn't care for their customers! I have been left with a damaged car worth far less than I paid and it will cost $1800 to have another shop repair the job they botched!

My wife and I recently purchased a preowned 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fury motors located in Stillwater. We were acknowledged by sales representative Dan Kirchoff. Dan approached us in a very professional manner with absolutely no pressure.
Dan asked us our reason for stopping by and how he could be of assistance. We informed him that our Nissan Juke was totaled out due to a deer incident and that we needed a vehicle as soon as possible.
Immediately he understood our urgency and started to ask us certain questions related to what type of vehicle, options, color, warranty, new verses preowned and so forth.
Within a few minutes he narrowed our frustrating search down to three vehicles in less than a minute. He brought us to the best out of the three and told us to look around while he went to get the keys so we could look and sit inside to get a feel.
Once my wife and I sat in the driver and passenger seats, we then sat in the back to check for legroom as well as headroom. We decided we wanted to take it for a test drive. During our test drive we could not believe that everything we were looking for in a vehicle was already in the palm of our hands.
Due to Dan’s outstanding listening skills and patience, we decided to move ahead with the purchase. We met with Rook Din their finance manager and he was awesome to work with. This is probably the only dealership that does not run your credit continuously, our credit report reflected one hit.
Therefore, we reach an agreement and they said we will run the car through the shop then detail it prior to delivery. Before we departed, we took several pictures of our newly purchased vehicle.
Next week we received a call that our vehicle is here and ready for pick-up. Therefore, my wife and I headed to the dealership. Once we arrived, I opened the door and Javier did an outstanding job with detailing the interior of the vehicle, it smelt and looked brand new. Then we looked over the vehicle externally and noticed a few scratches and other little cosmetic issues. We spoke with Manager Mikki Morin and told her our concerns. She listened to our concerns and notated what changed from the time of purchase to delivery. In addition, we showed her pictures of the before and compared to the current state.
Mikki, apologized immediately for the situation at hand, then informed us that this matter will be resolved. Due to Friday, she asked us if we could drop off the vehicle on Monday of next week so their body shop could take care of the problem. In return, they provided a loaner vehicle on their behalf while our vehicle was being serviced.
Mikki, called me on Friday afternoon to let me know the car is at the dealership and ready for pick-up. Once I arrived, the vehicle looked brand new. The body shop manager Joe did an outstanding job with the body work.
In closing, if you are looking to purchase either a new or preowned vehicle, Fury Motors is First in Mind, First in Choice.

we have delt with Hibbing for few years. Mike in service has went out of his way to be kind and oh so helpful. This last time our Durango was in for rear air repair and Tim was handling it. Due to him and possibly the tech doing work but I have my doubts he was involved. We got a call from Tim who was Very Rude to my wife on the phone. He was very upset he could not find the key to the rim locks. My miss told him it was in the slot in glove box and he was very short and extremely agitated voice told her NO its not. She said it should be as thats where it is kept. Again he said NO its not. She said maybe when it was there for work on rear end of truck your guys put it in back on storage place. I can ask Chuck quick. He slamed phone down and hung up on her. Truck was supposed to be done same day but we got a call was having trouble and would not be done, I said no problem. This was before Tim called looking for key. Day passed no call. Next day as it approached 3 pm and no call I called Mike answered and said yes its done. ( but NO call from Tim to let us know)I told him I would be in and wanted to chat with Tim as he was rude to my miss. Went in no Tim, picked up truck air worked great. There was pappers on floor from glove box we didn't think anything of it until we opened glovebox. EVERTHING HAD BEEN TAKKEN OUT AND LOOKED LIKE SHOVED AND KICKED IN BY BOOTS. She was a bit cranky. We went to load truck for trip and they had took everything out of side storage AND under storage. They just threw our personal things back in. And ofcourse by just tossing it back in it would not fit. There was loose sockets, tools, cold weather safety items all over back of truck. We was in total shock of the disrespect shown by them. I called to speak to head of service and asked who was in charge. Wait for it..... was told ....Servive Manger ( in my mind was thinking No xxxx) but waited thinking there would be a name to follow. But after a awkward pause, I said well that much I figured. Do they have a name? Yes Chris.....pause..... could I speak to them? Put on silent hold. I waited there 10 mins. No music, no hibbing adds, just silence. I gave up and came here. I dont know if Hibbing is dying as they lost their sister store, but doing things like this and treating their customers this way is not going to help. Virginia and Rapifs not that far away. Oh the missing key was found exactly where she told them it was. In slot in glove box door.
