Last time I dealt with Park Jeep it was for my 1988 jeep Cherokee limited..had a bad experience...forward to 2022 and other than the new construction it's the same old scrubs still working there...doing things exactly as they did in 1988 haggle you to death...low ball my trade play the numbers game to show me how they can make it LOOK like I'm paying less?hahaha they had the only diesel gladiator in 200 miles...I got my jeep but I swear it'll be another 30years before I step in that store again

Don't buy a vehicle from Jay Malone unless you get a CARFAX report on the vehicle you're interested in. We bought a year old vehicle from them, and were told by the sales rep that the truck we were interested in (and purchased), that the previous owner was a regualar customer and usually only drives a vehicle for a year or two then trades it in. Fast forward 7 years, when we go to trade it in at another dealership, that the truck had been in a "severe" accident (top rating) shortly after the original owner had bought it new, and a year after we bought it. Now WE get THOUSANDS of dollars knocked off the trade in price. Looking back, they had to have known the history of it. Not a good way to do business Jay Malone:-

Will not return to this dealership for service because of poor customer service and unskilled mechanics. Brought my car in because of an antifreeze leak. The mechanic noted that the antifreeze was low but was unable to find the issue. Turned out that the mechanic did very limited diagnostic tests to locate the issue. The advisor told me nothing was wrong with the car.
Took my car to another dealership that provided great customer service and had highly experience and highly trained mechanics. The antifreeze leak was a result of leaky heads. The car was fixed and runs great.

I want to commend Nick, one of your Customer Service Staff, in restoring my belief that customer service is still alive in today’s business world.
I had stopped in to check on the status of my vehicle maintenance and pay my bill since I would be picking up the vehicle after closing hours. My rental vehicle needed to be returned by 5:00 PM and my wife could not drop me off at the dealership until later that night. Nick stated that I would not be able to prepay but could pay over the phone once the service was complete. He then checked on the status and stated that the service would be completed today, and he would call when it was complete.
I returned the rental vehicle and was in the process of walking home when I received a call from Nick. He apologized that he had made a mistake and that my vehicle would not be completed until the next morning. I stated that I wish I had known because I had just returned my rental vehicle, they were now closed, and I had to figure out a way to get to work the next morning. Nick apologized and said he would give me a call back. A few minutes later he called back and stated he had a vehicle ready at the dealership for me to use and asked if I could get back within the half-hour to pick it up. I stated that I was walking home and that my wife would not be able to pick me up and dropped off within that time frame. Nick stated he would call me back again. When he called, he had arranged a Lyft driver to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership.
I bought my used Jeep Unlimited from a different dealership. It only 30,000 miles and the original owner purchased it from Bloomington Jeep. When determining where I would have my service completed, I checked reviews and Bloomington Jeep’s customer service ratings were significantly better than Fury Motors. So, I decided to have my service performed by Bloomington Jeep even though Fury Motors is only a mile from my home. Bring my Jeep to Bloomington Jeep for service has been the best decision.
Nick, thank you for the excellent customer service. You could have diverted the blame off on the service technicians not completing the service on time or not informing you in a timely manner. You admitted to your mistake and went out of your way to correct the issue. This excellent customer service will keep coming back to Bloomington Jeep for my vehicle service. When it is time to purchase another Jeep Unlimited Wrangler it will be purchased from Bloomington Jeep.

Alroy has taken care of my mom, brother, sister, and now he sold me my car! Bassel really went the extra mile to help me. Having delt with mechanical issues from my previous car, he was able to help with the trade in, and find a car that more than met my expectations. He's sincere and considerate. I've bought several cars with Fury and they have always been great to work with, but my experience with Bassel has solidified my choice to use Fury for my and my family's needs.

Lied and squirmed to squeeze every last penny out of us. They told us that they would install a riding board and that the truck would be ready when we were done paying and that it would have a full tank of gas. After we paid, we were presented with a truck without a riding board and told that we would have to come back (a 45 minute drive) to have the board installed, and the truck had almost no gas. When we complained they drove into town and put a quarter tank of gas in it, and told us that they would send someone to pick up the truck so that we wouldn't have to drive back and forth and wait. But that was a lie. Later we were offered a gas card to drive it back and forth ourselves, but that was also reneged. We ended up having them ship the riding board to a local sister dealership, but they refuse to pay to have it installed.

Best car repair experience I have ever had, by far! (60 yrs old) The service team is phenomenal, friendly, fast, helpful, a real pleasure to deal with. Ed was our technician and he is very knowledgeable, super nice, and completed our repairs with pit-stop speed. He even gave our old lab a couple dog treats, to be sure that we were all totally satisfied. Our alternator went out (2014 Grand Cherokee) on the way home from the lake, and we had a long drive ahead, so we were shocked and very happy that the management team and Ed took such great care of us, and got us on the road again in less than an hour. Highly impressive, an amazing and rare level of service to experience these days. They even helped keep the cost as low as possible. Well done! Thank you all!
