I did not have an appointment. My power steering hose was leaking. I stopped by the dealership. I was desperate. Even though I did not have an appointment, Mr. Mattson accepted my car. I explained the problem. Mr. Mattson offered to look at my car. Mr. Mattson is a perfect human being, and a superb service adviser. He said that this could be a $600 repair, and he added," let's see what we can do". He looked at my car and called upon a technician. The technician's name is Mr. Tristan. He started looking at my car. While I was talking with Mr. Mattson, the technician returned and said," the problem is fixed". I could not believe it. My leaking hose was fixed. In addition, Mr. Mattson did not charge me. Mr. Mattson and Tristan are great human beings and really knowledgeable. I can only say, "Mr. Mattson, thank you, and Mr. Tristan, thank you." They took care of my car troubles in a timely manner and kept me updated on the progress. Scheduling an appointment was easy and drop off was smooth. I would have liked a rental but they did not have one available so we worked out a schedule for drop off at a convenient time for me.

Service at the dealer is excellent. Worked with Doug and he is always willing to explain to us what is going on with our service visit. Everything that Doug did for us was exceptional - my only issue was an overnight service appointment turned into 10 days since a hose needed to do repairs was unavailable which seems odd. We did have a vehicle provided to us to use which didn’t limit my families activities but seemed strange to took so long to get the hoses needed. Please know this isn’t a reflection on Doug as we enjoy working with him.

Very low pressure and actually enjoyed the experience of buying a new vehicle. I (Vijay) wanted to take a moment to write to Thank Adam in Service department who demonstrated his willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. Specifically, I took my 2014 Mercedes S550 with a mysterious noise in the cabin. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, professional, informative and able to identify the issue with ground wire which is transmitting the noise to the bodywork and then audible in the quiet cabin. He fixed it and took me for a test drive and found no noise any more which made me very happy. Thanks Adam for your patience to listen to me and taking great care of me and my car. Great job.
