I walked into the dealership, and Evan was the first person to greet me. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but he was helpful in explaining the cars features. He was very accommodating. The manager made special arrangements for me when my husband couldn't get to the showroom before closing to look at the car. When I purchased the car, Evan took care of everything even calling my insurance to get the car added to my policy. Car shopping is not one of my favorite activities, but I actually enjoyed the process and the people at Belknap Subaru.
