I just want to say working with Mike Dupree was amazing. He made my visit so pleasant. He did everything above and beyond to make me end up leasing a new vehicle with not a bit of struggle. He has the best personality as a salesman. Not pushy at all. He worked with the Gm there to help me stay within my budget for a new car. The finance manager was extremely nice too! He introduced himself and worked with me on certain coverages. Finally Allison the customer care manager that wrapped up the paperwork was 💯 amazing. She’s pleasant and has a great personality. She even helped me download the my Chevy app on my phone and made sure I was knowledgeable of how it worked before left. Allison came out to the car and explained a lot about the features of my new equinox. She made sure my Bluetooth was hooked up and I was familiar with the touchscreen. Awesome job Allison! I was greeted at the service counter by Mahima, who was very pleasant, and she set me up with an oil change. I also told her that my notification for low air pressure in my tires was flashing and she noted that. One of the mechanics came over to me and told me that he took care of the tires, and that they were in fact, all low. All the work was done in a timely fashion, which made me a happy camper. All in all, it was a good experience.

I recently purchased a car from them and it only took me about 48 hours to get the car and to drive out. They gave me the plates, bill of sale. and registration within less than 30 minutes after the car purchase. The car they sold me was exactly what they described. They deserve more than five stars for being honest and transparent. I personally have had bad experience with several car dealers in NYC and Long Island and I know how misleading some car dealers can be; however Sunrise Chervrolet is an exception. They promise and they deliver.
