I recently ran into an electrical issue with my 2022 Chevy Silverado that required repairs to the driver-side rear tail light. At first, it appeared that I would have to cover the full cost of the repair myself. I reached out to David Barry, who originally sold me the vehicle, to explain the situation.
David and his Sales Manager, Manuel Guerrero, were both very helpful and gave me the contact information for a representative at DOWC, the company I purchased my extended warranty through.
I spoke with Anthony Pizzimenti at DOWC, and he couldn’t have been more personable, friendly, and helpful. Even though the repair technically wasn’t covered under my warranty, Anthony took the time to call the service department and ultimately covered a large portion of the repair cost.
I truly appreciate the extra effort and customer service shown by Anthony at DOWC, as well as the support from David Barry and Manuel Guerrero at DePaula Chevrolet. It turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.
