Exceptional service and very courteous staff - SamCrg
It is pleasure to give a five star ratings for BMW Oysterbay, they do deserve it with their exceptional service, friendly and courteous staff. When I compare this BMW dealership with one of the BIG dealership where nearby these peoples are outstanding. Most of the time you get good service at the time you buy a car. But at the time of service, it is hard to find people like this.

Simply amazing dealership - John S
Once again I am writing to say how amazed I am with the level of customer service from this dealership. From the sales department (Marykate and Tara) to the GM they are all a class act. They put customer satisfaction and relationships before profit and that is hard to find these days. This dealership understands how to keep customers coming back. Thank you all again!!

I went in to Bmw Of Smithtown To Find A car. I was not sure on which model I really wanted. Danny Gomez was my sales person. He was amazing from start to finish. Danny helped me find the car I was looking for and took the time to show me all models. I choose the 228xi he had tons of patients with me through out the day from colors to inside interior. I would definitely recommend Smithtown BMW and ask for Danny Gomez.

Watch out for the quick talking finance guy when your closing the deal on a lease. Tire coverage really doesn’t cover much and cost $1600. Interior care cost over $500 and really “doesn’t exist”. Management doesn’t return calls. Your better off going to another dealer or another nameplate all together

My car was due for its oil change. Of course, I took it to Arlington Auto & Tire so I can get it done correctly. I Appreciate how Carlos check the fluids and fill them up, he also added air in my tires, etc. Carlos was very professional and nice. He made sure that I was completely satisfied. Which I was.
Thanks, Carlos my car feels great now, it feels like it had a tune-up for sure!
Service ABOVE AND BEYOND - Zeeman
I was in for routine oil service with appointment yesterday for my X1.
Service Rep Joey was excellent and helpful. She provided me with information on a few issues I was having with settings on blue tooth and GPS. When car was ready they brought it up for me and I drove away. 15 minutes after I left the parking lot I received a call from Joanne in service advising me to return the car because they saw some drops of oil in front of the service waiting area where my car was parked. Fortunately I was nearby parked at a shopping center, so I went out to bring the car back when i saw oil dripping from under the vehicle.
I arrived at the service dept minutes later...Joanne was there to direct me into 1 of the bays where technician looked at the problem immediately.
Turned out gasket from oil filter was damaged from manufacturer. It was replaced and was on my way in 20 minutes.
Both Joey and Joanne showed me they care...and their professionalism makes me want to tell everyone how impressed I was with them.
I also received a very nice swag for next service for the problem...which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated.
Had they not been as detail oriented as they were in noticing the oil drip, I would have driven home, over 50 miles and who knows how much oil would have leaked before I detected it...
Thanks for caring and being on top of everything there.

I have experienced the utmost professionalism when dealing with Habberstad BMW of Huntington.
From my wonderful initial encounter in the sales department with Mark Morrow, to assistance with regular service appointments and recently repairs after an accident with the excellent Peter Perpall, I have had friendly and efficient experiences.
Though hiccups are commonplace in any car dealership due to coordination of many moving parts (no pun intended), the managers at Habberstad (especially Peter Perpall), as well as surrounding staff, tackled any issues promptly and transparently.
I look forward to continued business with this dealership in the future.
Horrendous - drea
“We won’t have a loaner for the next two weeks.” “Your car is ready, however, we don’t have a driver here to pick you up.” “Well you won’t be the first, we actually had a lady who had a tire blowout as she was headed to the airport and she had to take a cab because we didn’t have a driver to take her.
As a valued customer of Wide World of BMW these aren’t remarks one wants to hear from a service member. Unfortunately, these are the very remarks I heard starting on May 14th when I called in a panic because I continued to hear a loud cranking sound coming from my car as I drove home from work. I called Wide World BMW explaining that I felt very anxious because not only was I hearing these loud pangs, but my car was ‘tugging’ me from time to time. I felt like it was being pulled. I also explained that the car would almost feel like it was at a standstill whenever I stopped at a traffic light. I said I thought it best that I went in that day even though I was given other suggestions due to the time of day. (I called after 5 but explained that it would take me over an hour due to the rate my car was going) I asked if I would be able to get a loaner. The answer was no as there were all out and the earliest one was expected back was approximately two weeks.
I was greeted by the very friendly Matt when I finally arrived with my car. I was told within a few minutes that my axle needed to be replaced as it was broken. A driver was summoned to take me home. Days later, I received a call that my car was ready. I asked if a driver could be sent to pick me up but was surprised to hear no as there wasn’t one available. This was when I was told about the woman who had to take a cab to the airport. To spend all that money to get my car fixed, not given a loaner, then told, that I should spend more money on a cab is simply unacceptable.
Fast forward, exactly one week ago I was left stranded on the road as my car literally stopped moving while driving to a co-worker’s memorial service. Scared would be an understatement. DSC and XDrive malfunction appeared on my screen. A few minutes later, Drivetrain malfunction appeared. Why wasn’t I told about these issues when my car was brought in two weeks prior? These are not issues that happen overnight.
As a customer of Wide World BMW for over ten years, lately I have experienced some of the most horrendous customer service. With that said, my confidence in your company has been seriously shaken and I hope to hear from someone in management who can rectify some of these unresolved issues. Failure to do so will result in me taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well.

HORRIBLE service department. DO NOT WORK WITH KYLE LOVEJOY!
I would have left no stars at all but that's not possible so I had to leave at least one.
After spending several hundred dollars and working with another mechanic, my 2012 BMW X3 was still having issues. We conceided defeat and decide to take it to the "professionals" that know the car best; the dealership. Not a good choice.
They got us in right away of which we were very thankful for, and later that day we were told that a repair needed to be made and the amount was $330, and that would take care of our issues. We pay for said repair and take the vehicle back home. We live about a mile from the dealership.
Less than two days later we try to drive the vehicle and the issue is the worst that it's ever been so we take it immediately back to the dealer. They then tell us that they found some aftermarket parts that were not playing nice with the car and they needed to be removed and OEM BMW parts put in. Cost? Another $500!
Sooooo...they put those parts in, call us back. They then tell us that The car is still doing the exact same thing but now they want to replace all of the coil packs for the spark plugs. Cost including the above work of $500? Only $1200!
Nope. Not happening! I've already spent a considerable amount of money trying to remedy the issue and now I'm not going to write a blank check to BMW until they get it right and figure out what is wrong! The whole reason I took it there was because I was done wasting unnecessary money. If the parts you took out were not bad, why are you not putting them in and taking that charge off of my bill?
At this time, we are at a stalemate. They want the money, and we won't give it to them.
We have others vehicle, I'll let it sit there for however long need be to work this out.
Next up...reviews on EVERY single car site I can find that will let me leave a review about this dealership.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. - KSchue
I've had fair / not unpleasant experience with Carbone Subaru since 2015. Have been able to work with sales & service personnel in the past. THIS EXPERIENCE TAKES THE CAKE. Made appointment to have recall service for my vehicle. I was told this would take 4 hours to complete. Since my car would be tied up most of the day, I also requested oil change and removal of my snow tires to summer tires.
Car appointment was for 9:15. I arrived by 8:45, gave them my car and had to have a rental vehicle
so I could go to work. They have my car for 6 hours AND NEVER TOUCHED IT. Their excuse was
short handed due to COVID virus restrictions. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT SERVICING MY VEHICLE WHEN AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE!! THAT'S WHY WE MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!! SERVICE TECHS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO THE CAR THAT HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!
ADDITIONALLY I HAD TO PAY FOR RENTAL @ $ 25.00 FOR THE FREAKING DAY - WHICH I PUT
ON APPROX. 25 MILES TOTAL. SINCE CARBONE SOLD TO ANOTHER LARGER DEALER, THEIR SERVICE AND HAVING THE CUSTOMER BE FIRST IS A THING OF THE PAST. WILL CONTACT SUBARU HEADQUARTERS TO AIR MY COMPLAINT AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY THE SUBARU BRAND TO SELL LOCALLY.

I have purchased a 2010 f150 just over a week ago and I'm very disappointed with it! I mentioned when I test drove it it looked like the rear differential was leaking and the gas door did not close they wanted me to bring it back 2 days later after I purchased it to check the leak and fix th ed gas door. so within the 2 days of having it I noticed a clunking noise in the front end so I m eff mentioned that when I brought it in ! They told me the gas door was out of their budget and all seals were sealed properly on the differential and didn't find and thing in the front end 😤, so I wen th home and took gas door out and fixed it in 5 minutes , they couldn't have done that huh . Then realized the tailpipe hanger is gone broken off completely ,so I bought a universal on and hung it up while I was doing that I noticed the rear differential is soaked leaking for sure so I went to the dealer again and have a appointment to bring it in Friday we will see how that works out , and also the noise I was hearing in my front end is just getting louder and louder very dissatisfied very nice ppl though!

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
