Thanks to Sean Burton and John Warren for another excellent service experience. Sean is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent service advisor. He let me know all service options available, and kept me informed throughout the eight-day service period. John has worked on my 2014 435i for many years (since 4/17/2018) and has consistently performed outstanding work. Repairs needed are identified and expertly performed. My vehicle required many repairs during this service, some of which were probably quite challenging on a vehicle this age (the A/C condenser, radiator, front strut and rear shock absorber replacements). These are the reasons I travel 200 mi. from Boston to BMW of Westchester for service. The repair bill was quite expensive. I hope the investment will keep my 2014 435i on the road for many more years to come.

I have avoided this dealership like the plague since 3 changes of ownership and style of business in a short period of time. I live a stones throw away in Bedford Hills and for years have decided to service my vehicle at Ray Catena in White Plains. However a few weeks ago I had to have my new vehicle towed to BMW of Mt. Kisco by roadside assistance. I was contacted by a new Assistant Service Manager Chy Wiggan. I honestly have to say I was blown away by his level of professionalism. There are still some genuine people in this world. I will now return to BMW of Mt. Kisco moving forward. Thank you Darcars for finally regaining my business.

I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

My advisor Bin Chen went above and beyond to make sure that the issue with my vehicle was taken care of by my outside warranty company.He was in constant communication with me for every step of the way. Bring a gas can with you if you take a loaner!!...Seriously! I had a loaner recently and filled it up before returning it at the gas station closest to the dealership from my home (3.8 miles away). I get a text the next day stating they charged my card on file for $2.45 as I did not return the car full and it took a 1/2 gallon. The loaner averaged almost 30mpg. I guarantee they didn't deduct the gas they spent test driving my vehicle or driving the loaner to the gas station on my dime. Disgusting and petty. Good Job losing a long time BMW enthusiast as a customer over $2.45. Shame on you.

I brought my 09 328i in for some basic maintenance and inspection. When I got the vehicle back my left headlight was flooded with rain water. They told me it was my problem and quoted me a bill to repair the light. Albeit this happened about a year ago, it still irks me from time to time. I highly recommend Keeler BMW instead.

After making service appointment on line, the day before, some Henry called, informing me that they are overbooked and the car will not be served if I bring it. No apologies. Offered to make another appointment. When I said that the appointment was made on line, so how it could be overbooked, the response was "It malfunctions. That's why I'M TAKING MY TIME TO CALL YOU SO YOU WILL NOT BE TURNED AWAY TOMORROW" !!!!
