Unfortunately my 60k mile 2021 Tucson needed a new transmission already, but with the 100,000 10 year power train warranty, Benny in the service department helped me tremendously with all the necessary paperwork. My car was wet when I picked it up. I said “tried” because my car was already clean.it was a bit annoying that they did not dry it. Other than that everything always was satisfactory. Thank you, LT

It ended up taking all day to finalize everything, but the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free with no high-pressure tactics. Aaron was outstanding—he truly went above and beyond to make things easy for us. When we got hungry during the long day, he encouraged us to go have a nice lunch and even let us use a dealer car to drive there. Later, we hit a snag because the notary wasn’t available on a Saturday, but Aaron didn’t hesitate.
