Over the past years, Billi has always been there, calmly, professionally, and knowledgeably working out ANY problem we had with any of the 4 cars we have serviced there. If I needed to get in for service, she'd find a way. She knew the history of all of our cars and her mechanical knowledge was always helpful in knowing how to deal with the many challenges I presented her. Billi will be missed!

I dont necessarily need to go to Greenwood- there are a ton of Chevrolet dealers around- but I keep coming back because of their service team. There doesn’t seem to be high turn over, unlike most places- I know I will see Kenya’s friendly face at the desk each time I go in for an oil change. She’s always helpful and polite, as are all the staff. And it’s great that Keenya remembers me by name (even though the appointments are scheduled under my husband’s name). So rare anymore.

My check engine light came on my Chevy Equinox. I called Thayer Chevrolet and they fit me right in. They told me it would take about an hour to diagnose the problem (this was even before I brought it in). I was good with that. When I walked in they were so friendly, didn't even ask if I had bought the car there (I didn't) they automatically treated me like I was a long time customer. Thank goodness this was covered under the cars warranty (where I was going to take it they didn't even mention the warranty). Trisha from Thayer actually took the time to make sure it was covered under the warranty before they did any further work. While they were taking care of that they found I needed rear brakes, an oil change and a new filter (I was kind of aware I needed all of this). Trisha let me know if they could keep the car for one more day they could have it all done for me and the coupon I brought in would be applied to these services. When I went to go pick up my car they actually apologized for keeping it so long (only three days). At no time did I ever complain about them having my car. Thank you Thayer Chevrolet for taking care of me like I was one of the family.

Would be an excellent rating but we asked to a loaner car for the night because we only have 1 car and he said there was none to give out because of the low inventory.

After taking my Vette home, I discovered something else broken and believed the problem was caused by your dealership.
