I contacted the service center from a parking lot in westlake when my car started making very loud noises. Kevin suggested we have the car towed as it might not be safe to drive. Kevin kept us informed as a diagnostic was preformed. The problem was diagnosed and repaired. Kevin did an outstanding job taking care of us and my BMW.
