I was offered a ride to a nearby coffeehouse but I didn’t take her up on the offer as I could easily walk there. The repairs were made in the time that Sierra estimated and she explained what the mechanic did.

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed.
