Tehnician mount the wrong way a part, the truck broke down 1000miles away, they never want to acknowledge the guilt. We will escalate the case to Crysler corporate, Better Bussines Bureau. We have proofs of the wrong doing and they are responsible for the repairs and extra expenses like rent a car, hotel.

Excellent! I have recently had two vehicles in to the South Pointe CJRD Service Dept and in both instances Tommy, Joshua, and the technicians who worked on my cars have been great. Even though parts were ordered for both cars and it took some time, Tommy kept me informed of what to expect, when the parts were due to arrive and the work would be completed. My experience could have been better. Much appreciated.

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.
