I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. I thought I would take a look, make notes, and gather appropriate information that could assist me with a thorough & thoughtful decision later on in the year. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless. Furthermore, to know that a gracious team resides within the walls of Chapman Ford Lancaster, offers me a feeling of refuge from the fast paced & often uncertain world of the modern automobile. The Quick Lane AC technicians were able to determine that the expansion valve in my AC unit that was replaced in June was defected so it was replaced again without charging me for the cost of the part or the diagnostic check that was preformed. Trent Meyers, the service advisor, kept me updated with everything throughout. I was more than satisfied with the way everything was taken care of, including the yearly vehicle inspection that I initially scheduled to be preformed on my 2011 Mercury.

This was my second experience with the car service department. My first visit was after an accident on the PA Turnpike….a first EVER accident for me but after speaking to Paula, my fears worries. and stress were calmed. She helped me with the insurance claim and all other paperwork. Tony did an excellent job in overseeing and completing all body work and got my car in perfect shape to get back on the road with confidence!
