These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would. Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.

We have purchased three cars over the years from this dealership. I have been pleased each time. Just purchased a 2022 Tucson in September, 2022. No issues during the transaction. I did have an minor issue with the car but it was fixed the same day I reported it. This Tucson purchased in September, 2022 was to replace a Tuscon I purchased a year ago in September, 2021 that was totaled about a month ago. Zach, the sales consultant I worked with for both purchases, was the best. He made both transactions by far the easiest I have ever had with a car dealer. He was patient with me and there was never any high pressure moments. He provided clear communication with everything. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for another car anytime soon, but if I am I going back to see Zach.

They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

That and the fact that they offered me higher than Blue Book for my car. This is a family business and by that I mean everyone is so close, has a lot of fun, and genuinely likes each other. Rob and Chris exerted a lot of effort in helping us get us exactly what we needed. They found us the lowest interest rates, more than top value for my trade, and a great extended warranty.
