Purchased my sleek and powerful 2023 BMW X7M60i from Ancira Dealership via Carfax site. Love the intuitive search, detailed information and inspection listed upfront and zero hassle. Reps including the manager who was an ex marine answered my texts instantly. Both these guys made it feel like buying from a friend’s. I’m a little bit reluctant buying a high end luxury used SUV online but I was surprised how seamless went through about all the transactions. Virtual walkthrough from the dealer’s video was thorough, negotiation chats and texts were straightforward, payment secured and I even got a military discount from the Boss. Delivered to my door five days later here in Washington State in great condition. Honestly, one of the easiest purchased I’ve ever done. Very Highly Recommended, five stars.

I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes.
