I purchased by Honda CRV from Russell & Smitth, subsequently assumed by Doggett Honda Med Center, in April of 2019. I have had all services to keep my car running in super good condition here throughout the 7 years since purchase. All of the customer service contacts have been great, including Thomas Tran who worked with me most recently when receiving routine maintenance.

Service Writers are focused, relaxed and competent, demonstrating the duck metaphor -smooth as glass on the surface but paddling like xxxx underneath. We always have the best car buying experience with Tommy Luk and BMW West Hoston. We just bought another BMW from Tommy to replace our 330e. This time we went with an M235! So much fun to drive. We have purchased multiple cars from Tommy and his excellent customer service and outstanding follow up keep us coming back. Camillo his assistant is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Tommy is always available even after the sale which has helped us out many times. He doesn’t just want to sell you a car, he wants to build a relationship which each person. Service is also excellent here. We only see Joanna Wolf in service and she is by far the best in the business. Very fair and honest. It’s an outstanding team all the way around.
