Listen to our needs and provided the vehicle for our family. Vehicle had a broken mirror adjustment switch. Louis immediately had a service tech inspect and replace defective switch. In our rush to come in to sign purchase order, we left the title at home. I stated that I would go back and bring title. Louis stated that sales manager told him to follow us home after completing paperwork. This is A+ service. Upon coming home, I noticed a small swirl on left passenger’s door. It only showed in shade. 2 days later, Louis arranged for another technician to remove buff mark. Louis provided an excellent test drive along with follow up questions from us.

It was great service - I just always feel you guys leave a message about things I need and then I struggle with timing, calling back to confirm or knowing when my car is ready. When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.

Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

I came in on the last day of my complimentary service calls without an appointment. Mark helped me right away to get an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The service team was super fast and was surprised when Mark came to the nice waiting area to tell me everything was ready and there was no charge! As he escorted me to the car, he could see the effects of a recent muddy rain on the exterior and he stopped me. He got a guy to “run it thru the wash” and it looked super shiny for me! He didn’t have to do that extra. I would give him a 100 out of 10 if I could!
