We always have the best car buying experience with Tommy Luk and BMW West Hoston. We just bought another BMW from Tommy to replace our 330e. This time we went with an M235! So much fun to drive. We have purchased multiple cars from Tommy and his excellent customer service and outstanding follow up keep us coming back. Camillo his assistant is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Tommy is always available even after the sale which has helped us out many times. He doesn’t just want to sell you a car, he wants to build a relationship which each person. Service is also excellent here. We only see Joanna Wolf in service and she is by far the best in the business. Very fair and honest. It’s an outstanding team all the way around. They want to build life long relationships here and it shows. If you’re in the market for a car, see Tommy at BMW West. Our iX lease is almost done and we will be back for another car from Tommy.

They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!

All positive. In and out. No xx. Exactly what I want in a dealer, and buying experience. Not pushy in the vehicle purchase, financing, nothing. I would buy from them again, even though it was a 4 hour trip. I was terrified after the 4 hour trip something was going to go south. It didn’t. Adrian had everything ready. Brycen didn’t spend 30 min trying to push me into something I didn’t want regarding warranties or GAP coverage. They knew I traveled to get the Tahoe and I wanted to be in and out. That’s exactly what happened. Straight up. I will tell all the people who work for us in Longview to go see Bill Dickason before they purchase a new vehicle. For sure
