The services always awesome! I love that they honor coupons and plus you get a free car wash. I bought my car in for maintenance (or change and tire rotations) always in at 10:30 AM out by 12:15 PM. Deborah Campoz was awesome from start to finish! This is my 2nd wheelchair accessible vehicle I have interested you guys with and I love the service. "I will not let the other Honda dealer by my house put a windshield wiper on my van". I love the new technology that lets me know via my phone the progress of the technicians working on my vehicle and the overall multi point vehicle inspection directly to my phone. To top it off, they had Mr. Bernard on the grill fixing up burgers and hotdogs!! This is the 2nd time I have had lunch for free while I waited for my vehicle. Rusty Wallis you have outdone yourself! Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car anywhere. Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business.
