Being 78+ for both of us and among similar age people there is a “given” when something goes wrong with our car. Specifically, our 2019 Avalon. It began to not start immediately at the push of the starter button. … as I write this Im recalling that in my earlier years starting “immediately” every time, and right away, was not a given! Anyway, I immediately began to think the worst and the $$$$ it was probably going to cost to fix … especially at a dealer. Im physically disabled so my wife has to handle such events. We were so thankful for the professional, patient, and kind guidance the Toyota Of Paris Service Advisor 702 Grace Kuydendall provided for my wife. I highly recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond getting my family into a new Kia Carnival SX. The process was extremely simple and we were in and out and just a couple of hours total. This will be the second vehicle I’ve purchased from the GM, Jason Villa. Our salesperson Alexa made us feel right at home. Our Finance Manager James killed it for us and walked us through all the paperwork extremely efficiently! Two huge thumbs up!

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience. Jake sold us our daughters 1st car and we will be back to see him for our sons car soon and for as long as we will be needing vehicles he will no doubt have all of our return business.
