I had the pleasure of working with Jon Black. My initial intent was just to get an idea of what I wanted to purchase in the upcoming months. But after spending time with Jon I left with a 2025 Mazda CX-5. He was very professional, patient and kind. I felt relaxed and not pressured to purchase a vehicle. He had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and the company. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. While we took a test drive (he was kind enough to do the driving, per my request) we discussed all the features. After I purchased the vehicle, and even though I had already owned 4 other Mazdas, he walked me through all of the features again to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He went above and beyond as a salesman! I would recommend him to anyone that wanted to purchase a Mazda. I recently bought a certified used CX 30 at Jake Sweeney. My purchase experience was exceptional. I worked with Joe Collins and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I emailed Joe and gave him the inventory number of the 2 vehicles I wanted to look at. Joe responded promptly and included a brief video in his email introducing himself and said he would have the 2 vehicles fueled and washed and parked in front of the showroom for inspection and a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was at the front door to greet me. He efficiently explained the differences between the 2 models and within a couple of minutes I was able to narrow my choice to the best model and was behind the wheel for a test drive. Joe’s experience and professionalism was a great help in every step of the process. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

Mazda of Wooster deserves the highest five star rating for its outstanding service. Mel Jacobs, Logan, and the others in the Service Department set the standards for excellence! Twice during the past two years they have provided top level service when I have experienced breakdowns while visiting family in Wooster. Though my car had not been purchased there, they quickly assessed the needs, developed a plan for repairs, ordered parts, and then completed the repairs in a timely manner. Though the repairs were extensive, they did not exceed the estimate. Every attention was given to careful test driving before the car was returned to me, ready for a 700 mile trip home. Mel and the entire team were helpful, caring, and dedicated to doing an outstanding job. They were excellent at communicating about the repair process, and they even got the car roadworthy so that I could make the return trip ahead of a predicted tornado! I give them the highest possible recommendation! If I did not live in a different part of the country, I would choose them to service my car regularly.

I will never, ever buy a Mazda from anywhere other than Mazda of Bedford. We have purchased several new and used Mazdas from this dealer and the experience is top-notch, from start to finish. Sure, the new showroom is gorgeous. Sure, the salespeople are friendly, respectful, and helpful without being pushy. But that's a minimum expectation for a dealership, in my opinion. What separates Mazda of Bedford from other dealers is the team working behind the scenes to support customers. Example 1: six years ago I was working in my home garage on a significant repair to our CX-9. It was a holiday weekend, so I knew I would have an extra day to do the job. BUT, I needed a part that could only be found at the dealership. I called, and they had it. This was late morning on a Saturday. I talked to the parts department and told them I was on my way there as fast I could get there. TWO guys in parts waited an extra 15 minutes after their closing time on a holiday weekend so I could pick up the part. They also talked me through some of the challenges I could anticipate when swapping out the old part for the new one. This is the kind of service and support I have always gotten from their parts department. Example 2: Milo in the service department. Hands down the BEST person you could work with when having your car serviced. He is honest, friendly, and direct. If it's an easy job, he'll let you know and encourage you to get it taken care of sooner rather than later. If it's bad news, he gives it to you straight and lets you talk through options. No judgment, no pressure. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda, do it. They're great cars. And buy it from Mazda of Bedford. I drive past a couple Mazda dealers to reach this one, and I always will!

I went in for an oil change and fix my dipstick tube for my 92 Miata on June 16, 2025 and they charged me $185/hr . $281.79 bill. Xavier told me he he would charge $165/hr, he didn't tell me the mechanic charges. It seems they should have a lesser paid worker for the oil change. I made an appointment and still had to sit around for 2+ hours. This was a test to see if we would bring our CX-5. Well, NO!! One star because I have to give a star. Also a follow up text asked how the service went and I said 'BAD", and I got a reply "we will contact you". As you might have guessed, I was not contacted. C'mon Jake, let's hear from you.

Within minutes of requesting information on my CX-9 via the website, I received a call from my sales representative, Chad Dewald. That was the beginning of the excellent service I received from him and the entire dealership. The evening we drove down from Ann Arbor to purchase the car we met the owner, Bill Gaietto, who offered to deliver the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. We didn't think he meant personally, but he and Chad were at our house the very next day. I'm truly glad we bought our car from Mazda Direct and this great team. Beware if trading in a car - MT

So I was set to buy a Cx-5. Stickiest part of my deal was a trade I had. I'd done my online research, values were 13K to 18k--and I had it appraised at 2 different dealers before I went to Brown Mazda (Toledo Oh). The lowest was 12500, the other was $13,500. Both inline with the online services assessment of the value of my car. So I thought I had some idea what I could expect. Boy was I wrong. First, the salesperson should consider a new career. He was clueless not he product, and seemed lost with the whole process. Then came the trade in appraisal. First they played games wanting to know what I "wanted" for the car. My answer was of course, "as much as I can get". Which apparently they didn't like. Their trade in valuation--$8,500. (the car was a 2011 BMW). They started with a laundry list of its deficiencies. Which only became more laughable as I continued on with my car buying (at other dealers). Ultimately, I shopped my trade to 8 different dealers, none every offered less than $12500. I ultimately got $14,750. Brown should consider outfitting their people with mask...because theirs clearly some thieves working there.
