Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.
