I loved working with the people there. Especially Samba my salesman, Sean Loftice and Lisa Beard. They were absolute jewels! They helped answer all my questions and were extremely friendly! You couldn't ask for better customer service! Samba was quick to answer any and all questions. He was straightforward! He did not play any games and was extremely honest. I came in with my own financing and he suggested that I give Honda a chance, for a better interest rate. Due to his suggestion, I was able to save money going through Honda! Thank you, Samba! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was pleasant to deal with. Only suggestion I have is to give Samba, Sean and Lisa a raise! They deserve it! Great service!! The service was done well. Very honest service provide/consultant. Friendly and she knows her job. Makes her customers feel important! Can’t say the same about your car salesmen/women: Suggestion: I was at the lot for 2 hrs I have been contemplating trading in my 2020 Pilot for a 2026 Passport. I even checked out the orange one in the showroom and the black one outside on the lot. No one approached me!! To be honest I probably would have been easy to convince!! Someone sent me a text later on but I had already changed my mind.
