I gained an immediate sense of welcome. My wife, son and I arrived to browse, though with one model in mind- to see how it fit. TJ greeted us warmly outside and led us to the HR-V I was interested. He was concise with its capabilities and features. Once inside he would go over the finances, working his way to a most agreeable monthly payment. He explained everything without rushing and with no vagueness. As thorough as he was TJ would also re-explain certain aspects if knew I had come short of understanding. We came in with near dead phone batteries and TJ was kind enough to fast-charge them for a brief time. Our financial associate, Tony, was just as friendly. He, too, led us through the details of coverage and other documents with little to no need for questioning. Tony presented us options that we would consider a need and nothing extra. This is my fourth car in my lifetime and this has been byfar the most pleasant and worthwhile trips to a car lot. TJ and Tony truly guided us through the car-buying process in a way that made us certain in our decisions. Only leaving us with feelings of pride and confidence in the purchase of a new vehicle.

This is the only dealership that treated me with professionalism and courtesy. Wesley was very informative and what I relayed him as important or wanted he kept me informed. Also, I hate the high pressure most salesman hit you with. He is calm and treats you as a person he respects. And he had to deal with basically a three party sale if you include dealership. He met the demands of my other party and me. He went above and beyond. Also, I barely got out of parking and he called to tell me I left my garage door opener in the trade in. I almost felt as if I had known him for years and was sad if was done. If you want a great Honda with being informed and not hounding you though, Wesley is your man.

I am a senior citizen, and this purchase of a used car was one of the best experiences I ever had. Megan recommended my daughter (Patrice) and I to the dealership and recommended Reggie as well. Reggie has a great personality as well as being very knowledgeable of the whole sales process and explained each detail where it was easy to understand and know what to expect. We had a discrepancy in the final paperwork and when we brought it to his attention, he quickly got with management and gladly fixed the issue. The whole process was professional. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from the dealership and would contact Reggie as my sales associate. Also, I would feel comfortable recommending family and friends to Reggie/Megan and Hill Country Honda.
