I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. Dealing with Agnes was a good experience. She always kept it professional they always kept me in the loop. Steve the diesel mechanic did a fantastic job and explained a lot about my problem with fuel contamination and also made me feel better about the problem., I have put a few hundred miles on the truck after the repair and everything seems fine, as it was originally, unfortunately, there was a thief in the area that just happened to steal my front bumper. It was covered under their insurance and it looks great, I will always go back to Enfield family for in the future.

#5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . My husband test drove , they even let him test drive a mustang hopefully #6 maybe next year . Thanks again Junior you always make it happen .

As a loyal ford customer ( more than 120 cars ) im sad to say I will never buy another from gengras . I brought my explorer in for service and was given nothing but a run around and unclear reasons as to what was wrong or what was being done to fix it . Customer service end of things ( Jenny ) I found rude and pretty had to beg to get calls . The car was over charged for work performed in the 3 weeks it sat there right down to the last moment when I was charged 430 dollars in labor for something that took 35 minutes ( wish I got paid that rate ) … do yourself a favor and google gengras ford customer complaints …pretty much everything that comes up I am experiencing . Sadly I miss Crowley and will no longer be buying my cars at this location .

I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a 2021Toyota 4Runner. She new I was coming from PA almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Is this how a Hommonasset Ford treats it's customers? That is UNACCAPTABLE!!! I never heard of anyone being treated that way. How do you sell a vehicle that was supposed to be test driven the next day?!?? If you make an appointment with this dealership to test drive a vehicle, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled.

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
