Recently took my 2026 Ford raptor R in Ford service it - 4nila

Recently took my 2026 Ford raptor R in Ford service it only had 5000 miles on it and needed a little warranty work which key scales Ford of Leesburg refused to do. They tried to charge me thousands of dollars to do warranty work anyway went to Claremont Ford and Alex at the service knew exactly what the problem was immediately they gave us a rental car fixed it in two days on the road no problems I give them five stars . wonderful experience treated very professional unlike key scales Ford in Leesburg. Thank you so much Jeffrey.

I had an outstanding experience buying a vehicle from - mauricioendara

I had an outstanding experience buying a vehicle from this dealership using Internet Sales Consultant Aaron Scheible. I located a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership at a great price. I contacted the dealership and Mr. Aaron began to assist me. I explained to him that I lived 250 miles away and would be willing to travel if he worked me a fair deal. I had a 2013 trade in. I researched a trade in value and Mr. Aaron was able to get me a little more. He presented me a Buyers Order and the deal was set. Delivery went smoothly with no surprises. I was in and out in a very short time. Doing business with Veterans Ford was an honor and pleasure! Thank you Mr. Aaron! I will be back in a few years for a Ford Bronco!

We would like to thank Todd and Jonathan for a wonderful experience at Santa Fe Ford. From the beginning Todd was helpful and honest in the buying process, and there was no high pressure sales tactics. Todd simply allowed us make a choice that best fit our needs. I brought my car in for a repair on the front passenger - bonniefisher25

I brought my car in for a repair on the front passenger door. Manager Jacob made sure everything was done correct. He is an outstanding asset to Ferman Motors and stands behind every repair. I would not bring my Lincoln to any but Ferman Ford. Thank you Jacob for making sure everything was perfect.

They listened to my needs. - Endeavors.lance

They listened to my needs. Provided a very reasonable offer for my vehicle. Diligently went thru all the paperwork. Explained many of the features of the new truck but could have expanded a bit more on the hybrid points as I’ve never owned a hybrid truck. Over all it was actually the best experience ever when purchasing a new truck. Salesperson Derek was hilarious and made it more enjoyable. Hats off to Key Scales Ford.

My Son and i met with a salesman and agreed on a price - 2004callaways

My Son and i met with a salesman and agreed on a price $14,949 for a used vehicle. My wife went to the dealership the next day to finance the car for my Son and they sold her $10K in extras! They charged her a "pre-delivery fee" of $1,200, sold her GAP coverage for $1,000, an extended warranty for $2,600, and then added something called the "Plattner Advantage" (which is only clear coat paint protection and Lo-jac) for $4,000!!! They really took advantage of her and she did not know what she was signing. Now my Son is stuck with a car worth far less than what he owes on it! Terrible unethical business! Avoid this xxxx dealership scammer business!

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. - N.Marie

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. I did not find a rude or snake-type person in the entire bunch! The service people even treat you fantastically. Everyone says hello, opens the doors, doesn't point but will walk with you to your location. Oh and popcorn from the express lube is a plus too. As far as the sales team, that is the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership ever. Not loaded with crazy mark ups. Bethany really listened, and made sure I was in the right vehicle for my needs!! I also loved the family feeling from the managers and everyone else. They didn't hide in a box, or look down at you. They came out, they met us. Chad even made finance not that painful!

We had a wonderful experience during the purchase of our - Vasilii

We had a wonderful experience during the purchase of our New Ford Mach E. George Krombs (Sales Associate), great response while we were waiting for our Mach E to show up. Knowledgeable, polite, and very easy to talk and work with. Darren Mathews (Sales Manager) was respectful and straight to the point and did what needed to be done to earn our business. Mike Stringer (Finance Manager) was easy to talk to didn't push anything extra, well he did but saying "no" once was enough to close the question. Overall great experience in buying our new car. Thank you guys.
