Ross not only had the car ready for a test drive, but stayed late after I decided I wanted the car. He answered every question I had with no hesitation and was upfront about everything. I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

She provided excellent customer service by accommodating my car the scheduled maintenance after the company I chose did not cover the maintenance. The internet person, Jennifer Bell scheduled an appointment for me. She connecting me with Edgar and he was fantastic. I visited a couple times to test drive and he was always so kind and helpful. After much research, I decided on a cx5. He helped us negotiate an acceptable price and showed me how the get my car connected to the app and how to use many of the features. Overall this was a positive car buying experience. My only issue is the hidden fees that pop up only during negotiations. If they would be more forthcoming with that it would be so much better.

Never buying a Ford again. 40k miles and transmission is bad with no smooth path toward warrantied repairs.

update on my review from 8-14-2025. Adam the general manager called me back on Friday 8-15-25 saying he wanted to fix the problem. So the original advertised price on the truck I wanted was $37,568 but they wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought the protection plan also. ($4500) Now Adam offers me another truck that he can get out of Texas and upselling it to me at $51,000! What the heck is he thinking? and he is the general manager??? This is what you are going to get when dealing with this dealership, so buy somewhere else!
