Jaden & Jeff came to my rescue when I locked my key fob in the car because I piled stuff on top of my purse. They came and would not even take a little tip! Last trip to the service department was because my tailgate would not open and they fixed it in 2 minutes, again no charge. I’m on my 2nd Highlander & 2008 & 2018 and in the market for a hybrid. 6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

My service was excellent. Needed 2 new key fobs, they got them within 2 days and programmed them that night. They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.
