Despite not having a prior appointment, I was promptly assisted by service advisor Oakly, who was professional and thorough in explaining the process and setting clear expectations for the repair timeline. The issue was traced to the TCV, a recalled part from Subaru. Eastside Subaru handled the repair at no cost and managed the recall directly, saving me the effort of contacting Subaru myself. Overall, the experience was seamless and hassle-free. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism shown throughout the service.

Curbside motors went above and beyond to help me get my new used car. The car had set for a while so the battery was dead and they called and had a new one delivered while I was there. They were helpful they got me through the financing and I can't say enough about how great they were. They made me comfortable while I waited for the financing to come through and they treated me with dignity and respect. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a used car.

I brought my vehicle in when other places could not resolve the problem. Got it fixed once but the check engine light came on. Got it reassessed it was told it would cost 17 K and that some of the previous work which was under warranty had failed. Eliza offered to get the warranty work done again for free and I declined the more expensive repair as it would not have been worth it had to wait almost a month for parts to come in. I realize this is beyond your control, but it was very inconvenient. I command Eliza for being cheerful and keeping me updated.

We came here for service even though this location is substantially further away from our home. The Service Manager was tremendous! Steven communicated very clearly about what has turned into somewhat of a drama related to corporate Alfa. He was fantastic throughout. I would make the trip for service there again just because of how thorough and thoughtful he was. And if service matters to you for you car rest assured you will be in good hands with him! BTW - this silly review tool won’t let me select the Service Team. The only option is Sales Team. So, if you read this wondering why I’m talking about Service, but gave Sales 5 stars, please understand that I had no experience with the Sales team. All of my comments are about the Service Team.
