We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

I brought my truck in a couple of months ago for warranty work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained the issue, and they immediately took the truck to assess the situation. After reviewing it, Steven informed me that they couldn’t fix the damage, but they had already ordered replacements for me. Once the new running boards arrived, they got them installed, and they look fantastic! Steven and Dalton truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Steven even took the extra step of washing my truck after installing the new running boards before I picked it up. Despite the unfortunate situation, their commitment to great customer service made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure I left happy. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!

Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home.
