I met with Zach Persons to take a look at the new VW ID 4. I have bought and sold many cars in my life and for the most part I always figure out all of the new options/features for each one on my own. I chose this dealership because it was still “Mom & Pop” and I thought it would be more personal and I was right. Zach explained all of the specs and features of the ID 4. He showed me how specific features worked on the car by actually using those features on the test drive. ie, self parking, lane guidance, etc. He was eager to answer any questions I had and gave me 100% accurate answers to every question I asked, even dumb questions. I showed up last-minute, and he still made time for me like it was no big deal. He walked me through financing vs. leasing with the patience of a saint, breaking down all the pros and cons so I actually understood what I was getting into. Greg, the GM, also jumped in with some great advice. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to make the best choice for me, not just sell me a car. It felt more like chatting with a friend than buying a car. And let’s not forget the dealership itself—talk about luxury! Between the coffee bar and the snacks, I was pretty much spoiled. Whether you’re there to buy or just getting a service, they’ve got you covered with some serious hospitality.
