Your surveys are incomplete. The service from Tom Gamlin was great. The service from the insurance company supplying parts was very bad supplying used parts that were damaged and had to be replaced with new parts. My car not being done on time was the insurance companies fault and not Tom Gamlin. You reviewed him and held that against him. He had nothing to do with the finishing time if they didn't supply correct parts on time. I want you to change his evaluation from me to excellent across the board and not hold him accountable for any long delivery. I am referring to speed of service which you misinterpreted and held that against him. You need to change that to excellent.. Please reply back.

This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new.
