I bought this truck since it checked most of my boxes. Not having two fobs was a frustration point that was never revealed until the one fob was handed to me. Only seeing the truck up on a lift was the only time that I saw the truck in person before leaving the dealership. The word flawless was used in the video description two days before taking delivery. There were dents on both front and rear bumpers that I did not see until ready to leave the dealership. I told them I was coming the day before and they started servicing it when I arrived that Saturday. I did get to drive a similar truck as a test drive but not my truck. I will use this truck for quite a while as it meets my needs. The process the day of pick up felt a bit discombobulated.

I tow a 2018 RAM Pickup behind my motorhome. I had a malfunction with my RV towing system which basically destroyed my brakes. I limped in around 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, when you know everyone is anxious to go home. Sean the service advisor got a technician to start in right away. He replaced the brakes on all 4 wheels and got me back on the road within 24 hours saving our cross country RV trip. Everyone went above and beyond.
