If you are looking to have LOYALTY and REPEAT Purchases', its a no brainer. It's a two-way street. With the cost of vehicles today, A lifetime warranty on a vehicle to the original purchasers should be an AUTOMATIC. How many people actually keep their cars more than 7 years. The warranty keeps our 2012 Outlander humming. Thank you Chrysler Didge Jeep and Ram. It is sad that our 2020 Cherokee only has a 7 year warranty.

Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for. This is the kind of service one expects, and I did so.
