I don’t think that it’s right that you sell vehicles with a package that includes a rental in the event that something breaks on our vehicle and then you never have an actual rental for the customer. It was an extreme inconvenience for me and my family and I’m still working on trying to get reimbursed from The coverage that I paid for in the package that I bought. I will say that The Team did an outstanding job at trying to get the part and install it as quickly as possible so I wasn’t without a vehicle for as long as anticipated.

Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!

It annoys me to be charged a fee for using my credit card. That has always been part of the overhead for running a business. What's next, charging me for water when I wash my hands? I'm sure I can find someone else to do my service work which will probably cost less for labor.
