It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Ofosuhene Richardson. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and ability to make a customer feel comfortable. He made us feel that he was very interested in our business but without any pressure. The entire experience was very stress-free. The same was true when we visited the Finance Office and dealt with Mr. Alex Garcia. We would definitely recommend Herson's Honda.
Making up my mind! - cargirl
I have trouble making big decisions. With Tariq Anwar’s helpful assistance, I finally bought a new car! It was long overdue, but necessary. He understood my situation and need for a car suitable for my elderly mother. We test drove and selected the Honda HRV and it’s a wonderful fit. Tariq gave us a great deal with our final price and financing. The whole dealership went above and beyond with our car buying experience. Our thanks to everyone there at Hagerstown Honda!
Great service!!! - Glen Turner
I bought a 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L. This is my second vehicle I have purchased with Rob Jacobson. He is a true professional. He makes you feel at ease, no pressure. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I were heading home to NW Ohio early Jan 16th when the tire pressure warning light came on just as we hit I-270N. Not wanting to chance a flat tire in a snowstorm, I exited at Father Hurley Blvd and pulled into a shopping center. My wife found the the Honda dealer in Germantown on her non- GPS phone. A patient woman ( Tina? or Tania?) in service figured out where we were from the names of the shops and gave us directions to Criswell Honda. When we pulled into the service dept.,a young white man quickly directed me to an area where the tires could be checked and inflated. My wife went to the customer lounge. An older black man checked our tires and inflated all of them to the proper pressure. He then reset the tire pressure warning light. He was very efficient, helpful, friendly and courteous. There was no charge and no paperwork. I moved our 2014 Accord outside and went to the customer lounge to get my wife.
Our only complaint is that the service was done so quickly that my wife did not have time to finish her delicious coffee. We will be returning to Wash. this year and dropping off a plate of cookies for the service dept. if we can find Amaranth Drive again.

AC A great buying experience - AC
I never had such a wonderful experience buying a car than when I went to this dealership. Apart from finding a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic, it was a great experience to have dealt with people who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understand the customer. I searched the internet for a reasonable price and less than 24 hours I got a call from Ray Turner, who was so willing to help me out. When I got to the dealership, Ray introduced me to Deyber Mendez, who made all the difference—he showed me all the Honda Civic that I might be interested in and was very patient in my haggling for a good price and walked me through all the initial paper work. He also familiarized me with the car’s new features. Deyber’s knowledge of his job exacts a customer’s confidence and trust, not only in him, but also to the car he is selling. I could detail all other things that Deyber did, but the space won’t be enough. To sum it up—Deyber is the MAN. I also had a very pleasant experience with Sunicia, the nice lady who explained to me all the add ons that could make my car last long and enjoy it to the fullest. I couldn’t have a very pleasant experience after an awful car accident. Not to be left out is Mr. Omar—he’s so cool. The last leg of this experience was the payment and financing—Mr. Anthony Oman, the Business Manager, couldn’t be more helpful.
OUTSTANDING SALESMAN, DON WILLIAMS, Bowie, MD - sandra
My husband and i had an appointment with Don Williams last week to look at the Honda Civic Hatchback EX. Don is truly an excellent salesman and person. He went over everything while we were in the office and the test drive. Took his time, he was “not pushy” …. at all. We have been to other dealerships over the years and we ended up walking out. They stressed us out terribly.
It felt as if he “were a longtime friend”. Truly an asset to your Company and to Honda. To those reading the review Don is superior in his field. Darcars Honda of Bowie, Md is 'the place' to go.

New Honda CR-V Delivered as Advertised - WLH51
The best thing about this purchase was the exact car we were looking for, including the colors and options, was available to see right away. We weren't pressured into looking at what was available on the lot. William Butler delivered as requested and was very pleasant to work with. Preston Jenkins was also a great representative for the dealer in finance.

Where do I start? We went into this dealership to purchase a new car. We dealt with Obi, he was professional and we bought a Honda Accord sport 37 days ago. Readers please remember the number of days Thirty Seven Days Ago !!!. On the 21st day of driving the car, there is a rattling noise each time we drive over a rough area, or going over a speed bump. We called the dealership to tell them about the issues. Instead of saying bring it right away, especially knowing it’s a brand-new car, we had to wait a week after the Thanksgiving holiday. We took the car back to the service department on or about the 30th day. After dropping the car off for a day, we got a call in the evening stating that they are not hearing any noises. We took the car back and behold there is the noise one day after picking the car up.
We call the service department back, and said “look we are hearing the noise, please drive the car go over a rough spot and the noise will be there. At that time Tony Skelton, who sits at desk number 6 told us to bring the car back. (Thanks Tony)
We brought the car back, they test dive it, and helloooo!!! The noise is there. We are told by the service department that the car has a manufacture defect at the bottom, not only was there a defect, but all the silver trims at the front had to be replaced also because it appeared that it was burnt. Which apparently was another defect. We were told it was just bad luck that we happened to get a car with these issues, and that he would order the parts. Attached is picture with the parts ordered
We then asked to speak to sales manager his name is Uday Gulati. We told him the issue at which time he said well “well the service department didn’t ask you for any money for the replacement right?” Yes, he did, we responded, “do you realize that the car is only 30 days old. He then said I am sorry for the inconvenience, and then said that it was unfortunate that we got a car that had a defect, and he will assist us.
Well that was nice of him? Ok great we picked up the car, and ladies and gentleman, guess what the car is still making the noise. Yes, it is, and the sad part is there doesn’t seem to be anyone who cares that the car is defective, and that it is just wrong not to properly respond to the issue. We have the car, more days are going by, and the problem is not being resolved.
We go into a dealership, we purchase a car, they take the money, and everyone gets their commission, and is happy. But the actual customer who purchased that car, is not happy, and no one cares.
Customer service sure!!! Where? Not at this dealership. Loyalty to customers is no longer important. Dealerships are big, and us little customers do not matter. Small fish in the BIG HONDA DEALERSHIP POND

Did not fully honor 30 day warranty! - Subie 56
I recently purchased a low mileage used car from Sports Honda for my son. He is moving to New England so before he was scheduled to leave I asked my mechanic to give it the once over. Coincidentally, I also drove the car the day before dropping it off and and heard a whining noise up front. My mechanic found that the noise was in the transmission and that the car had a leaky head gasket. I immediately dropped the car off at Sports Honda. They agreed to fix the transmission, but refused to fix the leaking head gasket saying it was a seep, not a leak! I've now dropped the car off at my mechanic to have the head gasket done and will never again visit Sports Honda who's motto should be, "Who needs repeat business!"
Excellent New Car Purchase Experience - John Donald Regenhardt
My new car purchase was complicated by the trade-in of two cars, but Vicky Henderson and Steve Novak are consummate professionals and made the process fast and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership.
Terrible service and communication - retiredteach
Brought Odyssey van in for routine service. Told service tech on phone and in person that the van needed to be on a wheel alignment lift due to it being a handicapped van with a lift.
After waiting over an hour, a service technician told me that the lift was under repair and would not be ready until next week. No apology, no adjustment for inconvenience.... just told to reschedule for sometime next week. Needless to say, I have found another dealer to service all of my Honda vehicles.
Bad service dept - Joeyliz
Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.
Fair prices - Disappointed
I bought a 2015 ram 1500 , very nice looking and running truck the exact one I was looking for at the time and for a fair price.
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the... - Mihaddaway
I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
