My representative was not the usual salesman, in that, he was more of a friend and advocate for me and did not appear to be pushy or overbearing!!! I being in sales, am quite aware of the accolades that qualifies the hallmark of an excellent salesman and Tariq Anwar is the pure example of an excellent salesman!!! He not only completed his job, he was also humorous and pleasant to do business with!!

Charlotte Marsheck, the salesperson who helped me buy my Fit, is awesome. She called me right after I requested information, she sent me an email offer with a great price--no haggling required, she let me know about financing options, and she was never pushy or obnoxious. I've been talking to a lot of dealerships as I was figuring out what car I wanted to buy, and Heritage Honda struck the right balance of communicating: I heard from them, but they didn't annoy me by calling, texting, and emailing multiple times a day as some other dealerships did. I also mainly communicated with Charlotte and when other people called or emailed, they mentioned Charlotte, so it was clear she was my contact there as opposed to some dealerships where multiple people contacted me and I was never sure who I was supposed to be communicating with. Throughout the process, I didn't notice any dishonest sales gimmicks that I've noticed at some other places. Heritage Honda is a great place to buy a car!

After spending an arduous amount of time researching used and new cars on Auto Trader, and similar websites, and visiting other dealerships, my 20yr old daughter set her sights in a new 2017 Honda Civic EX. Being her first car, budget was my main focus. We found the best pricing in Virginia, and we were willing to make the 2hr drive to get it. With my research done and competitive price in hand, I decided to try our local dealer, Heritage Honda of Bel Air, MD to see if they could save us the drive. I put an online inquiry in for a quote. Their Internet Salesperson, Chris Brown responded within minutes with a price, but higher than the Virginia dealer. Chris was very respectful, emailing each me to see what he could do. When I provided him with the specifics on the deal I was seeking, he immediately engaged his Sales Manager, Chris Schroeder, who called me within minutes. Again, Chris Schroeder was very nice, respectful, and not pushy. We agreed we'd buy the car that night, if we got the desired terms we were seeking. Within minutes we had a deal. This was 6:30pm. By 7:15pm we were at the dealership, greeted by Chris Brown and Chris Schroeder, who then turned us over to Sales Consultant, Scott Cheuvront, to assist us with the rest of the purchase. Scott Cheuvront was a true pro!! Scott was laid back, courteous, easy to talk to, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about his product! We couldn't have asked for a better experience...out the door with all the finance paperwork done (thanks to Finance Mgr. Mike Dowdy) and driving away in our new car within 2hrs!!!

I never had such a wonderful experience buying a car than when I went to this dealership. Apart from finding a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic, it was a great experience to have dealt with people who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understand the customer. I searched the internet for a reasonable price and less than 24 hours I got a call from Ray Turner, who was so willing to help me out. When I got to the dealership, Ray introduced me to Deyber Mendez, who made all the difference—he showed me all the Honda Civic that I might be interested in and was very patient in my haggling for a good price and walked me through all the initial paper work. He also familiarized me with the car’s new features. Deyber’s knowledge of his job exacts a customer’s confidence and trust, not only in him, but also to the car he is selling. I could detail all other things that Deyber did, but the space won’t be enough. To sum it up—Deyber is the MAN. I also had a very pleasant experience with Sunicia, the nice lady who explained to me all the add ons that could make my car last long and enjoy it to the fullest. I couldn’t have a very pleasant experience after an awful car accident. Not to be left out is Mr. Omar—he’s so cool. The last leg of this experience was the payment and financing—Mr. Anthony Oman, the Business Manager, couldn’t be more helpful.

I am 22 and I've never had a new car before, i currently drive a Honda civic 2002 and thought it was time to upgrade and make my first new car purchase. A friend recommended I see Ifiok and I am glad I did. He knew everything about Honda's and found the perfect car for me. A 2017 Honda civic. Glen the manager was able to get me 0.9% interest rate so my payments were perfect for my budget. BUT My experience at Honda of Annapolis was totally opposite. I wanted to test drive 2 models before making a decision. They were more than accommodating completely professional and respectful. Bought my Accord in June and had a problem in last weekend's slush & ice. The car was under warranty so it did not cost me anything to fix. The person in the Service Dept. (Scott?) was very nice - he answered my questions so I could understand the answers, made sure Honda covered the service (it was a steering problem), helped me get a rental car with Honda's special rates and then got Honda to PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! Not only was Scott a pleasure to work with, the lady in the office (with the red bows on her sweater!) could not have been nicer. She arranged to have the rental picked up at the dealership - no extra travel for me. I've recommended this dealership for sales and service in the past and will continue to do so - they are wonderful!

Took my 2016 top of the line pilot in for service. I bought the car here. It needed a roof molding replaced because it blew off in the wind. Yes, a 2016 with molding just falling off. Advisor said it was not covered by the warranty because I had 38,000 miles, I was 2,000 miles over, but he would order the part. I called 7 days later to check the status and the part had never been ordered.

Call Norris Honda told them check engine light was on. They sent two guys out and drove the car to the dealership. Big surprise it broke down right across the street and they had to push it into the service bay. They put a brand-new radiator in it and oh surprise the car still doesn't run. Now they say it needs a transmission. Well who the xxxx drives a car with the check engine light on? Even in the book it says "do not drive your car when the check engine light is on." $1200 for a radiator and now it needs a transmission. Oh, but they'll give us a good deal on a new vehicle!!! Going to bad mouth this dealership to every patient that I see at work and to everyone that I know via Facebook. Oh yeah, they basically treated me like crap when I complained and told us EVERYTIME we asked for a person higher up in management, that they were at lunch. I went back after lunch and was told that now they were in a meeting. Husband was told the EXACT same thing when he went a week later trying to resolve this. I was also told by The service technician that Honda has a safety switch on it that shuts the engine down when the check engine light comes on. Well, my question is this, if you knew that then why did you drive the car with the check engine light on? Basically they broke the transmission and now want us to pay for it.

A particular salesman who appears to sometimes I think drink can be a little bit more courteous to his customers be a little bit more aware of his place as a Salesman helping a customer because at the end of the day no one is giving anyone anything for free we are paying for their services and in exchange for a vehicle that you paid for the next several years so I think courtesy should be a big plus answer maybe management should have a inservice on presentation delivery and boundries

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
