We were in the market for a new van to replace our Toyota Sienna and looked at the Odyssey on a whim. We met Aaron, who was very well informed about the stats on the van and was very easy going. He definitely wasn't pushy (which was very much appreciated since most people in car sales are), patient, and tried to work with us to get to a price point we were all comfortable with. I love our new Odyssey, much better than our old Toyota! I definitely recommend coming in to see Aaron, made the whole process a breeze!

Needed advice and assistance with service on our 2015 crv. After speaking with Steve in the service department I was able to locate the right brake parts for our Honda. Over the years I have come to trust Steve Berman with all my vehicles as well as my moms car who also has a new crv. To be completely honest she chose the crv because we knew that as long as Steve was servicing her vehicle it would always be kept in top condition by a competent professional. Since 1995, my family always have a Honda. The first one was a 1995 Honda CIvic that we drove for 15 years with and that reached 250 or more miles.
So when it was time to get another Honda, our first preference was at Honda Owings Mills. You see the people there are very courteous; I felt no unconscious bias based on race or apparent financial status based on clothing. This is very important to me because I am not a good dresser and I do not want to wear expensive clothes. The people at this Honda Owings Mills behave like there are either color blind and look at people with good transparent eyes.
The facility, like the hallways, the display lobby; the waiting lounge; the restrooms the different salesmen's cubicle; even the parking area, one can see the cleanliness and efficient organization of the company.
This is a reflection on the over all manager and the sub manager of Honda Owings Mills. As the saying goes, the manager or the president is the strong wind that blows the grass under it.
It appears that Honda Owings Mills has that kind of culture. A Honda Culture that my family and I will always want to associate. It has become our tradition to go to the Honda at Owings Mills.

Start to finish, and every minute in between, our car shopping and buying experience at Norris Honda was simply fantastic. We dealt primarily with Sean Woods (our sales guy), Bill Vowles (the General Manager) and Drew Hughes (sales manager and pinch hitter in the business office). Every one of those gentlemen deserves the highest accolades for outstanding customer service. They treated my wife and I like "gold". Friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, and truly outstanding people. The owner, David Cook, also came out onto the showroom floor to greet us, thank us for our business, and make sure we were being treated well. Last night I dropped my new 2018 Odyssey off and this morning Gerard called me to let me know it would cost $260 to repair. Since we needed an oil change in a month or so, I asked how much that would be and was told $49.95. The shuttle picked me up at home when the repair was done and up to this point all was good, and all downhill afterwards.
When I got to the dealership, I was directed to the cashier and she gave me the total, which didn’t sound right. I looked at the invoice and saw they added this mysterious shop fee of $25. The cashier was very nice about it and went and fetched Gerard who came and said they charge shop fees and would get the service manager as he agreed I was not told about it.
The service manager came out and was completely uninterested in talking professional or respectfully to me. Instead he lectured and belittled me stating “all the dealerships charge shop fees.” I have used local Honda dealerships for years and that is not true. His cashier then pointed to a sign that says they charge shop fees. I said “This was my first time using Anderson and since my interaction was a nighttime drop off and a phone conversation, how would I have read this sign?” I continued “I may have just had my car serviced somewhere else” because their price was high anyway and I only did it out of convenience. He replied “you’d go somewhere else over $25? I’m charging you the $25.” So that was the shakedown. They are charging me a fee I knew nothing about as Gerard didn’t tell me and I can’t have my car unless I pay.
The service manager is a cold person totally uninterested in customer service. This was by far my worst Honda dealership experience ever. If they treat customers like this, one has to wonder how well they really treat the car.

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.
