I had the pleasure of working with Becky for my second service inspection and she (as well as others) went above and beyond to make sure my car was not only running properly, but made sure all of my questions were answered to the best of her ability. Haven't used any other Dealer and will not since Criswell Honda has the right team doing great work with every customer! I bought my vehicle from this Dealership and I personally haven't had an issue in regards to the service in a five year span and counting. When a service is needed, of course some things really don't need to be worked on but they always give it to me straight and I research their suggestion just to cross and compare and it works out for the best. On a rainy Christmas eve, as everyone was eager to get home, I begged the parts technician to remain open so I might pick up floor mats for a 2015 Honda CRV. Driving from Easton, and across the bridge, I knew I would be a little beyond the 4PM scheduled closing. At 4PM I called again, less than 10 minutes away. He again agreed to wait. Working with Luis Navarijo was absolutely seamless, awesome, and i never felt like he was trying to be pushy with anything. Very laid back and very understanding. With it being my first car, Luis got me a great deal on my car, I absolutely love it. He was able to get me a Loner car while my car is in the shop getting my accessories put in and he has been very communicative. The place is very professional and everything is very friendly. Luis manager was able to cut me a deal on my trade in which i was grateful for. Just an overall awesome deal and experience. Highly recommend.

After visiting Norris Honda and Firestone regarding a repair, I chose Graff's, as they seemed more confident about doing the job than Firestone and much less money than Norris Honda. Honda said they charged so much because their mechanics were certified - I asked because I knew the job did not take much time and the parts were not that expensive. Anyway, the job was done well by Graff's and within my budget. I recommend them.

Jessica Hudson was fantastic! She managed to calm me down after I was pretty freaked out when my console went blank (it's not a good thing when you have to rely on Waze from your phone to tell you your speed). I called locations in the area and back home in New York City. All the answers were pretty dismal (ie. "2 week wait time for an appointment", "would require at least a whole day to fix the issue", etc). I called up Pohanka Honda Of Salisbury and they took me with no appointment necessary and fixed my car in far less time than others had promised. I really appreciate and enjoyed my whole experience with this dealership. I only wish the dealers in New York City were like this one.

I previously had good service at Honda Dealers. Hertrich Honda was a terrible experience. I called and let them know I would wait for service , they gave me an appointment for 2PM . I arrived 10 min early and and was told 3 people were ahead of me and it would take another 45 minutes to change the oil. It took me 30 minutes to drive to the dealer ship and it turned out to be a bust I was obviously upset . I called the Manager on duty which was a wast of time. My Honda CRV is 5 years old and I am looking for new car. This is the only dealer near me so it looks like I will be buying a Toyata instead. I will never go back to this Dealer.

I went in for general servicing of my car, and was charged over $600, despite the fact I've hardly driven it for anything other than groceries since the start of the pandemic. Was left waiting for 5 hours in their lounge.

One of the most unprofessional service departments; from the General Manager Steve Osborn to the Service Advisor Don Curtis and let’s not forget Ralph Dykes. Steve and Ralph were extremely combative and disrespectful, when I attempted to work with them. Don was upset at the negative review he received and decided to call me at 6:30am in the morning upset. They ripped me off over charging me for a diagnosis that was never performed and refused to provide sufficient documentation. Save your time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else.

I took my 2014 Honda Accord to Norris Honda today for an oil change. I’ve done that several times with only minor issues re the service, but today was a major disappointment. My car was taken in at 1:03 pm and I didn’t get it back until 3:45 pm. I may not have gotten it back then, but I went out to the service bay to find out why it was taking so long. Two men looked at each other and then for my paperwork. Neither said anything for a few minutes and then one man said I have your paperwork just follow me.. we moved back inside to the pay station while he muttered something about having others he was working on and must have just lost track of me and my car. I learned from the check out girl that the car service was completed at 1:54 pm but no one bothered to tell me until I went to inquire what was taking so long. If you need speedy service or even normal service forget this place because the people charged with taking car of you, and maybe even your car, AREN’T AWARE what’s going on‼️ Too bad if you have other things planned that day‼️ Your loss‼️ Thanks Norris Honda Service Department.

My 2017 CRV has done A1&A2 maintenance, but it couldn’t start after 2 weeks. They told me battery is fine and couldn’t reproduce the failure. After 2 weeks, it couldn’t start again. Called service staff, but no one calling back. I had A1 service last year and stayed in waiting room for 2-hour.

The most poorly managed service department in the area. Next time , buy a Toyota. I arrived at 8 a.m. to have a TPMS sensor replaced. I didn't get my car back until 1 p.m. While waiting, I saw numerous customers attempt to pay for their service. The manager was summoned at least three times. He would then attempt to get someone else to ring up the sale. It was obviously a case of "its not my job man," The manager seemed clueless and didn't seem to know what was going on around him. When I exited the lounge to get my car, I slipped in a puddle of oil. I know the manager saw me slip. He didn't say a word, nor did he direct his employees to clean the oil from the floor. I was fortunate to have Mr. Michael Samuels working with me, so I was able to pay without seeking out a cashier. I will never go there for service again.
