I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change with Shawn at 8am, dropped my car off around 6am. I called around 11 was told by a young lady to leave a message and I would receive a call back, called again around 1 same response, called again at 230 same response once again. I called back at 3 to inform the central dodge I would just pick my car up and take it to another dealership to have the oil change done. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with the biggest attitude by Shawn who simply opened the door and pointed at my car.
The customer service there is horrible, Throughout the course of this whole day I was not even sure if my car was there, let alone being looked at.
There are more small mechanic shops that know a substantial amount more about the vehicles brought into the dealership than anyone in this building.

I was looking a leasing a Jeep Wrangler and was working with Blake. At first Blake was very responsive and had no issues getting info on the Jeep I was looking at. The Jeep itself was in transit and I was told that the prices of all their Jeep wranglers were $1500 over sticker. They wouldn’t negotiate and don’t take any Chrysler affiliate discounts. I was told this was all due to inventory shortage and the prices were actually going up the next day by $4000 to match other dealers in the area. I had given a deposit to secure the Jeep I wanted while I called around. Well that’s where things got interesting. I talked to a few dealers in the area and one more local to me. None of them were doing $4000 mark ups but they were all pretty firm on sticker price given the shortages. The local dealer said they would do affiliate pricing and so I decided to go with them since it would save me thousands over Sudbury. During my search I had left Blake a few voicemails but never got any call backs. Whenever I called it would go to voicemail. After the Jeep arrived Blake called me to tell me but I told him I was now going elsewhere. I was offered a refund on my deposit but never got one. I called several times over multiple days and even left a voicemail for the service manager Tim. Never heard back from anyone so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. 2 weeks later Sudbury finally refunds me but still nobody has contacted me with a receipt. This dealership is very shady and uses very aggressive sales tactics to get you to buy their vehicles immediately. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone and would gladly recommend anyone else that doesn’t try to pull a fast one on potential customers just to make a sale. Also, I have never experienced such poor communication from any dealer. Awful

I'm that annoying customer that wanted a Jeep but knew nothing about Jeeps. Having worked with Arty Walch on separate vehicles under similar circumstances, once again Arty was there to answer every question we had no matter what. Even with how easy google could have been at answering even the stupid questions and there were many, Arty was there. I knew nothing could compare to the personal experience of buying a new to me car more than to have a sales person I already trust and a sales team deliver in their service and they all did. After over a month of questions we arrived to buy a car and the only question was left was what color. My 6yo daughter loved the white one, and she really loves the pink Jeep baseball cap one of the managers gave her, thank goodness they didn't have a pink jeep!! Arty and the sales team at Westborough jeep again made my buying experience more enjoyable and that's what buying a car should be like no matter the circumstances. I would highly recommend Westborough Jeep for your next car.

The most miserable car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Unresponsive, unfriendly, and beyond indifferent to our experience. The most pathetic sales effort I've ever encountered. My 4 year old has better communication skills than the employees!
My wife has wanted a Wrangler forever, and now was the time. They had advertised the one she wanted (one-touch auto roof) so we make the half hour trip after confirming it was there. We get there and the Wrangler didn't have the automatic roof. "Oh, it must have been a mistake. Sorry. There are no others in stock."
So we decide to order one. "How long before we see it?"
"2-4 weeks, maybe 4-6 weeks"
We fill out the paperwork and get approved at a rate and agreed upon monthly payment and leave a down payment.
2 weeks go by. 4 weeks go by. 6 weeks go by. No car. AND NOT ONE SINGLE CALL TO UPDATE US!
8 weeks go by. WE HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET A PATHETIC "It should be in any day now" response.
My wife decides to call Jeep directly. A friendly, helpful person tells us it has been scheduled for production but may be a couple more months. After telling that person her story, they put her on a hot list and get production moved up. WE DID THAT, NOT THE DEALER!! PATHETIC!
13 weeks from ordering the car comes in.
"Your Jeep is here. Come down and get the paperwork done today!"
We arrive and are told that unfortunately the bank didn't approve the re-submitted application. It had been more than 60 days so the initial approval had expired. Couldn't tell us that over the phone?!?!?!?
"Sorry, but we can't get your paperwork done today. It's Sunday and the bank is closed." - 30 minutes each way FOR NOTHING! WASTED TRIP THAT WAS EASILY AVOIDABLE
We wait until Tuesday. Loan is approved. I call the dealership to confirm the rate. 10 CALLS!! NOT ONE CALL BACK!! How do you run a business without returning your customer's calls????? Pathetic. Abysmal. Pick your adjective.
We make the trip anyway. We get there and wait AN HOUR with NO ONE ELSE IN THE SHOWROOM! We're finally told the rate WENT UP $30 a month with the new approval! HUH?!?! "We don't control it, the bank does." I know for a fact that you can lobby for your customers with the banks. I've been in the business. Yet another pathetic effort by the dealer to stand by their customer.
It's my wife's dream to have this car so we agree. BUT....we have to come back yet again because they have to get the car registered. They can't even deliver because they need a runner and he has to go get another car. SO...one more trip....

Terrible service. Bought my Jeep from here about one year ago. Came in to get it serviced and recieved horrible service. I had my appointment at 1:00PM and upon arrival (despite The fact I spoke to them on the phone 1 hour prior about my appointment), they told me I would wait several hours. I came back after being called my vehicle was ready and the office was closed. Everyone in the front office refused to help me. This left me stranded in Dorchester with a dead cell phone and no vehicle. No one in the office offered any solution to helping me get home nor getting in touch with the service team. Ashamed I even bought my Jeep from this terrible institution.

Since it is a Sunday the dealership is closed and I sent a message by text to Larry’s phone. He reached back to me asking questions and mentioned that we will get it resolved ASAP for me. From the day I test drive the truck, purchased, services, and even now a year later, the service from this dealership is unbelievable. From sales, to finance, to the owner, I felt that I was in great hands as they were all very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They took the time to go through all my options, both in terms of the vehicle I wanted and financing, and they did so honestly. I did not feel pressured in any way and I believe they all genuinely wanted me to leave happy and with the best deal possible. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and he has done an excellent job picking his staff. I left very satisfied and excited about my beautiful 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Bought a used Jeep for sin w 30k mileage. It’s been less than 90 days but over 3750 miles so lemon law doesn’t apply. Son called bc car gas started numerous times and had to be jumped . Called for service and they told him it’s not covered and he should take it to a local place on the CapeCod bc it’s not like their prices will be cheaper so not worth the drive. Brought Jeep to another place and was told the battery was “junk”. So cost $220 to replace it, lemon law or not a battery should not be junk after a couple months. Never again will we buy from there as they should have stood by their sale. You judge dealerships and any sales transaction after they have your money. Lessen learned about this place. Buyer beware. FYI system made me choice someone so no offense to Chris .

I agreed to price, it then changes 2 more times. Then a fun comment about Asians at the singing. Then once everything is signed and I realize there’s an issue with car, Instead of resolving the issue they call me a Karen. Owner stood there during the whole thing and did nothing and now claims it didn’t happen.
I encourage you to give your money to anyone else. Literally anyone else would be a better choice.
