This was my first time buying a car, as I had always had beater cars in the past I obtained second hand. I had done a lot of research on the Jeep that I wanted for my first car, and Imperial showed up on car gurus with a jeep that met all of my criteria. I met Frank Dumas as I walked up to the building, he asked me how my day was and why I was there, and I told him I was looking at test driving and buying a jeep compass. He let me test drive the jeep on my own, which immediately made me feel comfortable and that there was a trust relationship already established. We then had a robust process of talking price and final payments and we ultimately were able to get to a deal I could accept. These guys worked with me on every aspect, and even had me come back to get some car mats, buff out scratches, and get a second key. The whole process was so smooth and easy, and that was almost entirely due to Frank. Thank You Frank!

My wife went into the dealership with a problem with the car radio, it would not turn off. She was met with the kindness sales person and she helped her out. This was a few months ago.
She again experienced an issue with the radio and set up an appointment for Monday to have checked. Dropped the car on Sunday afternoon. While there we wanted to check out the 2019 Jeep Cherokee. There were none available, but had 2020. Same exact car as we had in for service, Limited. Took for test drive, put about 12 miles on car and we liked it. Came back and ran the numbers....could not make it work.
Had to drop off the car for replacement radio that was ordered (under extended warranty) and waited for them to replace it. We had discuss amongst ourselves that we should consider a replacement car either 2019 or 2020.
So with sitting down going over the numbers, including extended warranty we worked out a deal! Slightly higher payment ($56). But new!
We love the service and personal attention we recurved by everybody at this dealership. The salesperson the best, the sales manager great to work with and the finance manager excellent explaining and not rushing. Our salesperson was not available when we went back to finalize the numbers, but had a very helpful associate help us and showed us the differences between our 2015 and the new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited

I want to thank you for the amazing service my family recieved from the service department.
My family had arrived in Danvers (We are from out of state) for a short visit and my Dodge Caravan had a major transmission issue.
My van was under warranty and had been in my local dealership's service department to have my transmission checked about 6 weeks ago now. When I left them I was told that my van was safe to drive. 4 weeks later my transmission went into safe mode 2 miles from the Herb Chambers dealership in Danvers. This meant that my van could not go above 20-25mph. It was constantly shuddering and triggered my PTSD. Those 2 miles were the longest 2 miles of my life.
While my van was parked in their lot, Ray Arocho heard part of my conversation with my local dealership and could tell that we were in trouble. Ray took charge and offered to handle fixing my van and working with the warranty company. From there Ray met every challenge that came up and advocated heavily for us. It took about a week and a half for Ray and his service team to completely replace the transmission. Ray stayed in constant communication with us and kept us updated on the warranty issues and on the delivery of the new transmission.
The service person responsible for removing and installing the new transmission worked late one day and early the next just to help us get home.
I really can not thank everyone enough for all the help in our time of need. Ray and his team were our guardian angels taking care of us. In this day and age it is hard to trust in people, but rest assured you can trust Ray and his team.

I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. This is my 4th new truck in 28 months (don’t ask), and by far the best dealer experience ever. I will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone I know.

Went down on a Sunday, met with George. Good guy. Helpful throughout searching, test drive, purchase and even after purchase. Finance (Bob) and Sales (Dan) were straightforward, no bull. Got a good price. Probably could have fought for more, but was happy with what the package. Even after sale, they sent me digital copies of everything (window sticker, registration, financial paperwork) and then George helped when my plates failed inspection.
Had a bad experience at Quirk Chevy in Quincy, but Quirk Dodge was a very great experience.

Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

I am a diehard Mopar fan who loved my 2013 SRT8 Challenger. Unfortunately, when I had catastrophic engine failure, I thought my days of fast and fun cars were done for. I spoke with Kendra over at Acton Dodge about finding a Jeep Gladiator (if I can't go fast, I may as well go over everything, right?), and she asked if there was any additional vehicles I was interested in. I told her if she could find me a manual Scat Pack Challenger to send some numbers, but I assumed the car would be out of my price point. After a day of Gladiator shopping at other dealers, I came home to an e-mail from Kendra with both a Gladiator and Challenger quote. I was surprised to learn that with the promotions and aggressive pricing, the Challenger wasn't far off from my budget!
I scheduled a visit to the dealership and was set up with Brittany in Sales. She was friendly and direct, understood what I wanted and didn't play any games. Buying a car isn't the most fun process, with all the negotiating and pressure, but Brittany made it easy. Even after realizing I wasn't eligible for some of the initial promotions, she went out of her way to find me additional discounts and came back with a great price. I did my due-diligence in researching other dealerships and looking for other Challengers, but nobody could even match the deal at Acton- including a high volume dealership in Virginia with deep discounts.
I met back up with Brittany and was ready to pull the trigger! The Scat Pack I was purchasing was on another lot, but she said she'd do everything she could to hurry up the transfer before the holiday weekend. This was a Wednesday, and I had a car club event I wanted to debut the new ride at on Sunday. They got the car late Friday night and tried everything they could to get the paperwork done, but a delay with my insurance company looked like all hope was lost of getting the car that weekend. But by some miracle, and I imagine some string pulling by Brittany, they were able to register the car on Saturday for me! Brittany put up with all of my silly requests and questions with a smile and we had some great laughs. I definitely want to thank the entire team at the dealership for making it all happen, and even though I loved my old SRT8 I am enjoying the new car even more! Oh, and that event on Sunday was a blast- I put 400 miles on the car in just 2 days! Thanks again Kendra, Brittany and the entire staff at Acton Dodge!

I am a 22 year old girl who just made her first car purchase here at Bill Deluca in Haverhill MA. Before signing any contract, I was informed the car passed all inspections and everything worked great. After I left, I was instructed to drive back (I am over an hour away) to sign a contract they forgot to give me. I drove there to sign the contract and was told a spare key would be mailed to me. I also told them that same day my radio was not working. The Bluetooth does not stay connected to my phone and the FM radios sound is in and out. I was told to come back and they would look at my radio. Three days later I did the drive back to the dealership and was told my radios software wouldn't download the new update. I was told to come back and have it looked at the next day because the person who was looking at it was not qualified. Upon leaving the dealership, I had my car inspected and it failed because the ebrake did not work. I called the dealership back and left 3 voicemails and never heard back. I had my mother call and she finally heard a response and was told to come back to the dealership the next day. When I arrived to the dealership, they fixed my ebrake and issued me a spare key. The technician looked at my radio and did not notice a delay in my radio at the time, but recommended it should be replaced but wasn't his call. I went to speak with a service manager, he insinuated that I am committing fraud but will get back to me to resolve this issue with my radio. It is now day 6, I have not received any call back and I am too upset to even speak with these individuals. I am currently in college full time and working part time to pay off my loans and pay for this vehicle I wish I never purchased. My family recommended me here after their recent purchases and are shocked to hear about my experience. When I discussed this issue with the general manager, he informed me they can not help me unless it continues to happen (which it hasn’t stopped happening). I do not suggest this dealership and recommend going elsewhere.
