I bought a new Jeep in May during the coronavirus pandemic. I tracked prices for awhile, which can fluctuate a bit. When I was ready to buy, I test drove the one I wanted and the price was exactly as advertised (some dealers have conditional offers that are not always clear). Although the salesman refused to negotiate, it was already $6,000 off the MSRP. He was not pushy or aggressive and I felt like if I didn’t buy it, someone else would. I am glad I did because the next week, the price for similar models had increased.
For anyone buying a Jeep, I would recommend this dealer. There are no games or hassles. They got me a great financing, although I would recommend researching your own financing and warranty before you go. I wound up adding a seven-year warranty for about $2,000, which I remain skeptical about it.
In any event, I absolutely love the Wrangler. It is the best car for New England summer and winter. If you are looking to join the Jeep life, visit Brigham-Gill for a great deal and a stress-free experience.

I am looking for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, doing research as well as going through a car buying program, I was directed to Lawless as they had the model I was looking for. I was contacted by Noah to review the Jeep and he was pushing for a test drive. I mentioned I have already test driven the exact model, just wanted to work on pricing and how we could come to an agreement. I asked if he could provide me with his best price, given I already had a price quoted by the car buying program for that specific Jeep. He actually quoted me $4K above the advertised MSRP. When I pointed out the "special" E price on the Lawless website and provided the car buying quote, I was told those prices were wrong and the MSRP was the non-negotiated price and would not compromise. I contacted the Director of Operations as was told because of demand, they were not going to negotiate price beyond the MSRP and used the excuse for the sales rep quoting $4K was for taxes and fees, which is absurd, knowing the dealer fees should not exceed $600. I do understand the current timing has created a limited inventory for 2020 and the 2021s are unknown when to be delivered, but to gouge a prospective customer using MSPR as the drop dead price is borderline unethical, especially when quoting a price that supposedly includes taxes and fees without disclosing exactly what those are. I would not recommend given the under-handed tactics and after reviewing the other comments, I am not alone.

I bought this truck new in Sept 2019. Within a couple of days after delivery, I noticed that there was a dent on the pass side of the bed that meets the tailgate. Upon further examination when you open the tailgate the pinch welds are pushed out due to this dent. This bed was dropped, or something dropped on it. When looking at the gap on each side of the tailgate, the drivers side is perfect while the passenger side is extremely close where you could not slide a piece of paper through it. The rear bumper is also pushed over to the drivers side. I figured this out the first time that I waxed the vehicle. I asked several times if this truck had been hit. I was told no. The bumper was straightened out taking a large pry bar to get it in place. 3 fender flairs had to be replaced due to them pealing away from vehicle. Tailgate does not open slowly compared to several other trucks I have tested. Sunroof does not close properly. Had glass replaced and same issue. Have been told nothing else can be done in reference to sunroof. Also can not fix alignment and dent without body work and painting vehicle. This is not an option. Took vehicle to another dealership who stated something was definitely wrong with sunroof and took photos of tailgate and dent. FCA is involved. I have asked several times to have a factory representative meet with me to look at vehicle. If it was not hit, then it left the factory in this condition. An area manager (Christine) was advised but never called me once or saw the vehicle. She calls dealership, speaks with them, and makes decisions. This is a total disgrace. I have been a long time customer and did not expect a vehicle with 12 miles on it when bought to have so many factory defects. I have asked the dealership to take this vehicle back with no success. Actually, the sales manager Scott who sold me the truck told me that" all sales are final, and there are no refunds". Really? Doesn't say that anywhere on m y paperwork or in the dealership. Allegedly a pre delivery inspection was done. Well they missed everything. I would not expect a vehicle with 12 miles on it would have needed me to look it over with a fine tooth comb. I was also told that these vehicles are mass produced, suggesting that these things are normal. This trucks window sticker was $ 60945.00. No where on the vehicle or sticker did it say ' this vehicle is mass produced and you should expect defects". They suck and would never buy a vehicle from them again.

Terrible service. Bought my Jeep from here about one year ago. Came in to get it serviced and recieved horrible service. I had my appointment at 1:00PM and upon arrival (despite The fact I spoke to them on the phone 1 hour prior about my appointment), they told me I would wait several hours. I came back after being called my vehicle was ready and the office was closed. Everyone in the front office refused to help me. This left me stranded in Dorchester with a dead cell phone and no vehicle. No one in the office offered any solution to helping me get home nor getting in touch with the service team. Ashamed I even bought my Jeep from this terrible institution.

Matt and Stephan are some of the most professional and compassionate sales folks I've ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I was very unsure about purchasing a Jeep, and to add onto that I was not ready to get serious about shopping for a vehicle during the pandemic. Luckily, I came across this team and they made it very easy for me to experience the vehicle, answered any questions I had (I had a lot- on their busiest day of the month), and really pulled through with an amazing deal for me- and dealt with the safety of the transaction (virus is still present now) flawlessly... They really care about their customers' happiness, and I've never felt that from a dealership before. Definitely recommend.

Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

My wife was shopping around for a new SUV; her internet search brought her to O'Hara Motors with the best deal around. After careful review of all the options, we made the decision to visit the dealership. Don, Sales Manager, was very accomodating and thorough, especially with the COVID19 pandemic. Nancy, Finance Manager, was a gem as well; she came in on a Saturday during limited service at the dealership to get our financing in order. We drove away with the car the same day which I understand may not always be the case and feeling part of the O'Hara Motors family. By the way Don, Nancy wanted 02718 on the paperwork. LOL!!!!

I made the mistake of bringing my car to a different dealer for a noise. They brushed me off saying no noise was heard, Gordon however heard the noise, We pinpointed it down to the driveshaft. The drive shaft was on back order however, but he went above and beyond to find one and go pick it up. I want to thank Gordon and the Men who worked on my car.
