I drove about 40mi to the Sudbay Jeep dealership because they had the Grand Cherokee L I was looking for. They confirmed they still had it available and had the Jeep out front to test drive when I arrived. From start to finish the staff were great to me very kind and efficient. They made the process of trading my old Jeep and leasing the new Grand Cherokee L hassle free. They were even able to deliver my new Jeep to my home in Quincy and take my old one back with them next business day. I’ve purchased or leased 5 vehicles in my 19 years of driving and this was by far the most enjoyable and easy experience I’ve had at a dealership.

My wife and I have purchased 4 vehicles from marshfield quirk in the last 7 years and if we had ever needed to use the service department prior we would have never made it to number 2. I purchased a brand new 2022 jeep gladiator on September 8th 2022 and that evening the check engine light came on I called the salesman whom sold me the jeep and he informed me that the service department is over booked and short staffed so he has no idea when they could look at it and suggested I drive it and see if it goes out on it’s own of course that is information that would have been extremely important to know prior to purchase. I brought it in first thing the next morning and my 1st attempt to have it fixed I asked for them to hold on to it because because I had to work and I knew they were short handed and booked so I asked for a rental loaner or shuttle I was told they do not provide any of those options. I waited until I noticed my jeep parked out front which was about a hour and a half after arrival. I had to look for someone and found a young kid working as the service department front man. He told me the 3 evap codes causing my check engine light was from a needed computer update. This made no sense to me but he assured me that the jeep was all set. The following day the gas cap light came on and I brought it back they cleared the light and told me it was my fault for not tightening the gas cap although I got the jeep with a full tank of gas and had not touched the cap yet. The following day gas cap light came back on I brought it in again this time they just pulled it out front and kept me waiting until I noticed it again then I was told there is nothing they can do and gave me my keys back. I got in and gas cap light and check engine light was on so I put it right back in the bay and I was told to drive it until they go out and asked me to leave. I took my jeep to best jeep in Plymouth ma and the tech there told me I have a vapor leak and by no stretch of the imagination is it going to disappear on its own and it’s absolutely not the gas cap. I still have my check engine light on now and currently dealing with the better business bureau,attorney general, and Chrysler to get this resolved. Like I previously stated we have purchased 4 cars in 7 years from quirk marshfield so if you think loyalty or even knowing someone who works there has some security to offer think again. You are on your own after purchase. I strongly urge you to read some reviews from people that found issues after purchase and not just vehicle purchases that never had issues. Prior to this purchase I would have never know how poor the service department is.

There's a reason why car shopping is a dreaded chore, and Westboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a perfect example of why people hate it! By the time I got out of my car, a salesman (bald) walked out to say "hi". Good sign, but that was the only positive interaction. He never introduced himself - didn't bother giving me his name or ask for mine. When I asked to see two vehicles parked outside, he grabbed the keys and unlocked the door for me to poke around in. Never did he come near to explain the features or tell me anything about the vehicles. Instead, he stood about 10 feet away texting.
While I was looking at one of the vehicles, another salesman walked by. My saleman turned his back to me and quietly spoke to his colleague (rounder guy) who then turned around and looked at me and started snickering until he caught me looking back at him. At that point he quickly turned around before looking back at me once more a few seconds later to snicker at me as I sat in the driver's seat watching them...what a humiliating experience. Needless to say, they obviously don't want or need my business which is too bad because I'm looking to replace 2 vehicles (1 immediately and another in December when my other lease is up).
So, if you enjoy being belittled and condescendingly judged, this is the perfect place for you!

Purchased my first Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit this past weekend. Worked with Nico DeSilva - and in my experience with the purchase of cars from other makes and other dealerships he was by far the absolute best. The vehicle pretty much can sell itself, but Nico and his amazing customer service skills was the real reason for the purchase. We had a similar offer from a competing dealership, but having worked with Nico, my husband and I could not have been more pleased and just so impressed.....there was never any pressure and understanding that we were no nonsense buyers who are not impressed by a dog and pony show...Nico met the bar on all levels!!!!!!!

No communication, customer service was terrible and the sales person really did care at all. If you want terrible service this is the place to go. Otherwise go somewhere else where they car about the customer.

Terrible sales experience. Sadly this was a trusted name for many many years in metrowest. I was blindsided by finance, as I was sold 2 extended warranty contracts for a price of over 10K! The finance person, kept throwing out numbers like $20 a month, but when you get the final paperwork, the devil was in the detail. They never mention the full cost of the contracts and a tire contract was thrown with zero knowledge. Paperwork is shuffled around, and you are never allowed to really see what you are signing- and you will not be given copies. It's a rushed process with a lot of small talk to distract from what is actually going on. Pick up your car and they tell you paperwork in the glove compartment- I am sure they are banking on people not doing a thorough read until its all too late. Buyer Beware!

About two weeks after I purchased 2017 Jeep Compass (bought in 2020) I realized the doors weren’t locking. Made the sound, the clicks, beep. By accident I realized they actually didn’t lock. Had been leaving groceries purchases etc. good thing nothing got stolen. Juan the salesman was no help. Poor at informing customers and very pushy. Never mentioned auto/start stop option. So pretty scary first time you realize it. I felt like he knew about doors and if he didn’t this should have been detected in check before putting it on sale.
I call them and they say still under warranty but that will be a 100 service charge. I said nope, nuh, huh nada. They didn’t work from the start. He says you can’t prove that they didn’t work. I replied and you can’t prove they did. I wore him down he ‘waived’ the fee. Took them 5 Tries in 5 weeks to get it right. Final try I go pick up the car, open the gate to test, inside is the full door panel. They neglected to put it back on! Don’t get me started on the grease thumbprint on the beige visor!
Sold without a spare and missing the locking piece to hold a spare. These parts are cheap for them and should have included.
Year and half into it battery dies. I replace at local auto stores three year warranty.
6 months later acting weird long story short auxiliary battery ( there are two batteries in jeep) died and drained and killed primary thus voiding warranty on newly purchased battery. Costs to diagnose and replace both. $928! Part of this cost is $2.75 document retention fee, $45 ‘shop supplies’ fee. I asked about this bogus charge and how it is calculated. The answer - we calculate this fee based on a percentage of total repair cost’. So in essence ‘ we charge you a fee based on how much we charge you!”

Honest, responsive, kind and knowledgeable. What more could I ask for? This dealership is truly a pleasure to work with. We have purchased a car from them and get many of our cars serviced with them... And all the experiences have been so positive. Pros and cons are always discussed in an honest and straightforward way and I honestly feel like I am talking to a friend or neighbor rather than a salesperson. They treat everyone with respect, do what they say they will do, follow-up, and correct anything that needs correcting. They are a stand-up operation. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!
