I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Orange CDJR. The GSM greeted me on arrival, was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. The xxI manager was extremely helpful and got me a better interest rate and lower payments than expected. This is my 4th new truck in 28 months (don’t ask), and by far the best dealer experience ever. I will definitely recommend the dealership to everyone I know.

Good experience at Brown Motors. Ron Duda orchestrated the sale and preparation of the new truck amazingly quickly. I do wish they had performed the inspection ahead of my taking the truck off the lot, however. Ron spent a lot of time walking me through the computerized dashboard, new to me, and I have the feeling that he will answer questions and share his knowledge in the future with his usual good grace and humor.

My Girlfriend leased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership and had an excellent experience. We went to 4 other dealers before, who did nothing but play games. We are educated buyers and lease our vehicles we know what we should be paying. Before Central we had 2 dealers back out of their pricing, one dealer stating they couldnt do the price because of a mistake made on their part, they wouldnt honor the price after we put a deposit down and came back 2 days later to sign the papers. We found this specific Jeep with the Altitude package, there were very few of in New England.The second dealer we were going to buy from after the first backed, who again promised the payment but when we went into financing to finilaze the sale they made an excuse about credit and made the payment $60 higher. Thats when I decided to go to the actual dealership with the jeep, I had to find out where it was because neither of the 2 dealerships would tell us where it was. (I would state their names but this isnt a review to bash anyone they already did themselves a disservice by losing lifelong customers.) I finally found out from online searches that the Jeep we wanted was at Central in Raynham. After tracking it down I called central Jeep Dodge Ram and spoke to the sales manager I forgot his name but he was a nice guy and was honest and told me he can do the numbers as they matched the ones of the bank. We came in and the sales manager had Bob Costa waiting for us. I thank him for setting us up with an excellent sales rep. Bob is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Honestly he is there for you to get you what you want from my experience, no non sense he is a stand up guy. Bob went over the numbers with us to make sure we had everything correct, checked the model, and he had it parked right in front for us. The sales worksheet was basically already written up and the price was set for what we wanted it for. We went for a test drive the Jeep was perfect so we decided to go with it. They honored their price. When in financing my girlfriend had no problem qualifying for the lease, as the other dealer stated different and which that dealer made the payment $60 higher. We ended up going to Central and having the best possible experience we could have had. There was no pressure, no stress, no lies, just honest business. The Jeep was in perfect condition I could not find one flaw on it and I am very assertive, usually new cars come with swirls or scratches from washes at the dealership from poor details, or dings from being parked close to other vehicles but this jeep was flawless. Central gained a new long time customer for several reasons. They were honest, upfront, and accomatable and they stuck to their word. We got a great deal on this Jeep and my Girlfriend is in love with it. We will not stop leasing, and Jeep being the #1 choice in our household Central will be our choice for business in the future. I recommend them to anyone, also I would strongly advise working with Bob Costa. We never got a survey from them to give our feedback so I feel we owed Central Jeep this review.

Well the rating part " only reason that this dishonest dealership is getting a one star is ' Because one reason - I drove off with my jeep" The customer service was honestly horrible , I left much messages to my sales man and not get calls back ( Even after the sales ) Didn't get my copy of my paperwork, as well as it's seem like they rushed cleaning up my jeep , Still trying to figure out the buttons in the car " Because I wasn't shown how to use them. Other then that when they make a sales people ring the bell , They didn't even let me ring the bell how sad... I went to get my jeep I was waiting 35 mins for my plates to be put on "he was busy with his other sales then paying attention to me , I told him I was on lunch break but stalling out , When it comes to phones calls forget it as well.. I was promised that my jeep would be ready by Monday July 15 ,2019. It wasn't then was told days later , they were waitng on title took about a week. I did not , and I quote "" Did not get good service with the Manager at all . As matter of fact they offered to give me $500 because I was loosing money at my job " I get paid to drive , as long as the car fits the criteria.. Well lost out on the milage" So I have a letter he wrote promises" I got the $500 but the funny part I wasn't told it was to be reimbursed to pay car payment ! Second I was offered by the manager to pay a car payment half ! Not out of the check they gave me ! That was very dishonesty rude.!! Mislead!
Then the day I come get the Jeep - wrong plates were put on... Durning the days I was waiting for my jeep I was rudely talked down !
I basically went in as a chimp but came out as a sucker! There's always a sucker in the crowed !! That happened to be me and still haven't got an apology from the manager for breaking promises. This dealership gets a horrible review !!!! Put good people in who treats their customers with honest and respect ! Horrible Customer service -- Horrible Management- Maybe I should contact the owner ---( Wait don't threathen me now ) All because I told the truth , you wanted a good review - didn't get one from me.( Other then that I had friends that I was going to refer " Nope not the way I was treated. Plus they cost me my job almost !
But what they care " Again it's not how you treat people " How they have a 4.5 ? Maybe from people from the inside .. I have never been treated so bad like this in my life...

Went down on a Sunday, met with George. Good guy. Helpful throughout searching, test drive, purchase and even after purchase. Finance (Bob) and Sales (Dan) were straightforward, no bull. Got a good price. Probably could have fought for more, but was happy with what the package. Even after sale, they sent me digital copies of everything (window sticker, registration, financial paperwork) and then George helped when my plates failed inspection.
Had a bad experience at Quirk Chevy in Quincy, but Quirk Dodge was a very great experience.

The dealership was second we visited to purchase a Jeep Cherokee.. The visit to the dealership closest to our home was unproductive and we gave Acton our final shot st Jeep ownership. Although the process ostensibly tense the team came through and made the deal happen. Lou is a straight shooter and the negotiation was above board. In the end it worked out for both parties. Financing manager is knowledgeable and consumer oriented no high pressure. I brought my first car a Chevy in 1979 and this was the best dealership I dealt with.

looked for a specific Jeep 2019 Rubicon from over 6 dealers for over a month, finally I found Harr (I wish I had found them sooner!) and they said they could get it, and they did :).
