He answered all my questions and took the time to setup my phone with my new explorer. Apple ford is lucky to have a salesman like Doug. The appraiser and the sales manager were very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed. The financing was an easy process and they explained everything to me. You guys have a great dealership and I won’t hesitate to recommend you to all my friends and family !Doug thanks again for all your help usually I’m all stressed out when I make a big purchase but you made it very easy!!!
