Sales rep Jim Johnson is calm, informative and knowledgeable. We arrived at an agreement to use USAA as finance source. The next day I was contacted by someone at Jeff Belzer Ford telling me "we don't work with USAA", which negated the deal we made. This kicked off a terrible experience for both the dealership and me. Long experience short. We did use USAA as the funding source with a method not previously used. USAA sent a check written to the dealer to my home address. All turned out well.

Every single person my husband and I came in contact with at this dealership was kind and actually listened to what my husband and I's concerns. We were not available to come to look at the vehicle we purchased until Saturday so Monday we started the gathering all the documents Wayne Dietz was requesting. He had all of our information and gave our file to Rocky. He said that Rocky had excellent news and that my husband and I should be very excited. He was not joking. I never met with Wayne in person, but he was very easy to work with and knew what he was doing. When we walked into the dealership and met with Rocky, he gave us the good news. Knocked 2k off the asking price of the vehicle and was able to get us financed with the lowest possible payment. They filled up the vehicle with gas, and I don't know about all of you, but I have never been in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours. Melissa was kind and answered all of our financial questions, even shared a couple of laughs. From start to finish it was just a great experience. I highly recommend them all, make sure to ask for Wayne and if you get the chance to work with Rocky, then you will leave with all smiles. Thank you, cornerstone Ford, from the bottom of our hearts. Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work.
